We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Had a 2018 that was totaled and my daughter walked away with some bruises. Get car to drive.Handles great. Great gas mileage. Will buy again.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I've had my 2022 Premier for about 6 months. I like it more than I want to - I was waiting to buy a Cadillac later this year! I saw this Premier (2liter turbo) that was new last October with less than 4k miles (and 20+% under list) and could not pass it up. It's comfortable, quiet, handles well and is OK quick. It has heated rear seats, which I don't need but no power tilt/telescope steering wheel or power up pass. window. Fuel economy is spot on it's EPA rating. I have 2 small complaints. (1) the radio, set to Sirius/XM, will change to 97.4 FM - no warning/no reason. My local dealer updated the radio software but this stlll happens. (2) At the same instant the dash pod winks out...then comes back. Weird but I'm not gonna sweat this. Overall a nice GM product.

I was in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I needed a new battery and it was an unexpected experience, but necessary. The only issues I ever have are they never clean my car, at my previous dealership- I was always given a courtesy car wash/vacuum. Also, they didn?t replace my wiper fluid or use mats in my car.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

I purchased my Malibu LS almost a year ago and remain very satisfied with this vehicle, it looks very classy, it is very fuel efficient, it is very peppy with the 4cyl turbo engine, this is very good more basic transportation compared to other brands, if your not hung up on having all the bells and whistles buy this car!!!

Bought the Malibu RS trim, I like the looks better than the LS/LT and it's also slightly less expensive. This car really hits the mark for an economy car. I get 10mpg more than my old 20mpg V6 twin turbo Taurus. Cheaper to run than my old car but not nearly as fast.... but that's what you give up to get the better fuel economy. This car has a CVT transmission and that forces a different driving style than a car with a normal transmission. You can't do heavy throttle starts, you just get a lot of noise and not much speed. It feels like the trans is slipping when you floor it, and it probably is. However if you start slow and then roll into the throttle it will actually push you back in your seat. Overall good performance, you just can't expect to drag race with it. Very nice as a stylish people mover.
