Great overall customer service from Barbie Wagner. We started with the ordering process and she kept us in the loop as to when we could get it ordered to keeping us updated on the status of our order. On the evening of Monday, July 18, while driving from Illinois to Rhode Island, my husband and I realized something was wrong with our Chevy Traverse.   We made it to our hotel safely but were concerned about continuing our trip.  The following morning, we called Dave Gill Chevy and spoke with the service consultant, Jim Shriver.  Based on our description of the problem, Mr. Shriver assured us the car would be safe to drive to your dealership and provided us with directions.  Upon arrival, he advised he would do his best to work us in.  We knew he was busy which is why we were so surprised when we returned to the service department after our lunch and learned that our car was ready and we could continue our journey.    Having car trouble is never pleasant.  Having car trouble when you are far from home and do not know anyone local is very stressful.  Mr. Shriver’s professionalism, service and kindness made a difficult situation easy to manage.  He even asked us to let him know when we arrived home safely.    Dave Gill Chevy is fortunate to have an employee who provides such excellent service.
