Just leased this 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LD, which is a slightly updated version of the 2016 Silverado 1500 LT that I turned in. The difference between the 2019 and the 2016 is marginal which I appreciated because I was able to reuse my running boards from the LT for the LD. The seats on the new truck are slightly more comfortable and overall the ride is a little tighter than before. Love the new truck so far.
This truck has good power and handling with a surprisingly comfortable and quiet ride. Very stylish too. Tons of room in the back seat and a very deep truck bed. If only the 6.2 liter engine was available in the RST trim...
Was having a problem with my 2017 F-150 shifting and brought ii in about 0800 in the morning. They was able to get to it that day and found an update and a bulletin that was needed. I got my truck back the same day. I was dealing with Zack and I have nothing but great things to say about him, the service, the facilities, and the customer service. Thank you all.....

1500 LT New Body Style. Overall A nice quiet ride and plenty of Power. 5.3 / DFM/ 8 sp Trans are Great.
Completely blindsided that the towing package did not come with integrated brake controller ! The factory version can't be added afterwards. My previous Silverado's all had them included with towing package. Now you have to be extremely careful to read the fine print on the sticker, if you expect Gm to include it, if its not listed as a separate item on the options added, you're hosed !
Xm radio is not automatic either anymore, and again not able to add a factory upgrade to get it afterwards. My bad for trusting Gm after owning about 20 Silverado's and Express Vans ! My 2016 and 2017 came standard in LT package with Xm built into the radio's.
The Express LT come with Standard 110v outlets too, NOT the 2019 1500LT. I thought I could add that too, according to GM, no way!
For a truck that has a sticker of over $45,000 , these items should have been on this truck! I should not have to spend over $50K to get items that used to be standard in LT packages !
I use this truck for work and towing a 4500 LBS enclosed Trailer sometimes. Work is not an option to check on this review format.
I don't always need my 2500 or 3500 trucks and vans that get 12 mpg. I blew it for not double checking on these items before I finalized the deal, GM blew it my deleting previously included options as a reasonable price point.
Reliability may be an issue too, erratic whine coming out of drivetrain that matches actual ground speed just started after 1200 miles. I owned a 2001 Silverado 2500 HD with 8.1 V-8 that died routinely on the highway for 2 to 3 hours at a time, Gm repurchased that after 6 months and too many crank sensor replacements to count. I hope after trusting GM and buying 12 more 2500 HD and 3500 HD Silverado's since then, I don't get to go thru the grief of another repurchase !
They do a great job every time I come in!!! Fast and feindly . Sales is always nice and really to help if you need it. If you forget how to work something in your new car they are always willing to help you.

Me an my wife went in Mossy of Picayune to get a 2009 chevrolet z71.Hunter Anderson tried everything to get me in that truck but the milage was too high to finance. Drives smooth and its really quiet! Im really pleased with my purchase!!!!! Was surprised it goes so fast for a 4.3 plus has the automatic tailgate.
I have a 2007 Yukon Denali XL that had been giving me starting problems for about a year. I had heard through a friend about two brothers (Kenndy and Daniel Rogers) at your dealership who he said we good mechanics. I have to admit I finally found the right place, they seemed to have fixed my problem and my car runs great. It has everything that I need in a work vehicle Space Looks and Reliability. The interior provides plenty of leg room and comfort. The exterior provides the Professional Look that I was in the market for.
I would recommend the repair service department at anytime Mitch was my consultant both times that I went for repairs and he was awesome about finding the problem and getting it taken care of even the ladies that work in the cashier office and the young lady that drive you home or to enterprise they make you feel like they know you personally they are very professional and kind hearted. A shout out to Ms. Cheryl and the young lady that drove me home.
My car was wrecked and the insurance company would not pay for a defective part, so I stopped here to see what, if anything could be done for me. These people were very cordial and got right to my car. I was impressed! Very good service, repair and employees who care about their customers.

Great room in this crew cab ,love the leather seats and new body style.Also the 5.3 L motor has good power.The remote start is great.
My vehicle consultant was Drew Payne. He was very nice and he had a great deal of knowledge about the cars that are sold at Honda Odyssey Slidell dealership. After I chose the car I wanted the General Manager and the Financial dept was able to get me financed through my bank and also a monthly note that I could afford. The entire team at Honda of Slidell were awesome. I would definitely recommend them, they care kind, patient and very helpful. I honestly had a hassle free experience. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

It is hard to understand why more people don't choose to go all electric for at least one vehicle. I have solar panels and with a nice little EV like the Spark, you can save several hundreds of dollars per month. It has more power and acceleration than the gasoline version, all the amenities (AC, power steering with lots of airbags) and will handle 90% of my needs to run around town. If your total travel is less than 60 miles (which happens more often than you would think) it will get you there and back and at the same time pulling away from all the big diesel trucks (and almost any other car) off the line. Electric is the way to go.
