Most reliable car I have ever owned

This car more than met my needs. Comfortable and reliable. It is excellent in the snow and is a very comfortable ride. The only problems I ever had was general maintenance.
I traveled from Zanesville to look at a Van and it was exactly what I saw on the internet. They were ready and willing to get me into the vehicle and I couldn't be more happier with my experience here!

This is a Awesome car, I purchased it practically brand new for $1,000. with 600 miles on it. It had 1 previous owner who died, this vehicle sat in a garage for 24 years. All I had to purchase was a battery and a new computer. I got into an accident and parts were inexpensive to repair. and the vehicle still runs great.
Made the short trip (20 minutes) from Columbus to London and bought a new Ram pickup. This was the best customer experience I’ve had in years buying a vehicle. These guys are new to Central Ohio although some key staff are from the area. You have to check these people out....you won’t be disappointed.
The worst car I have ever owned.

I had this vehicle for 6 years. I put about 10,000 dollars total into fixing problems. It would have been better to sell it. I had everything from my tranny drop, to my engine leaking oil. I would never recommend getting this type of vehicle. It was NOT reliable and I was always terrified to drive it..
Happy with service on car and employees at department.
Worst reliability in my experience.

I currently drive a Nissan. I have driven Fords, a jeep, and a 99 Chrysler Concorde. It was the only one that has given me any real trouble for repairs.
There’s no dust cover for spark plugs. The battery sat next to the wheel well so you have to remove the wheel itself. There is no radiator cap. The trans had no drain bolt and had a brace attached to it, WHY’’!
The hydraulics holding up the trunk are too small for how big the trunk sheet plate is. The whole assembly isn’t aligned to the proper angle so the hydraulic lift acts as auxiliary, nope its the primary force trying to lift it up. Remember what I said about its size’ I would say it’s mostly the angle of the trunk opening, but the disproportionate size adds insult to injury. The hood followed the same concept and it did not have a thin metal rod to hold it up like *any normal car*. All of the hydraulic lifts failed. I snapped the lift at the plastic base when it broke so it acted as the non-existent metal rod...hmmmmm! I replaced the two in the trunk which failed after 6 months, shortly after the warranty expired.
The two easiest replacements apart from the oil, thank god, were spark plugs and a passenger mirror. My trans fluid replacement (Nissan) was a cakewalk compared to the Chrysler. I had to hire professional help at the time to get it replaced. I could do it myself now since I have more tools but it would still take me a lot longer.
I recently found out the Germans owned the company at one point. Well no wonder it was an engineering disaster! The Germans are masters of over engineering if ever there was an award.
My Ford engines were arranged differently than my current ride but almost no nonsense were built into them as well.
I have to give it a four star for its seating, incredibly comfortable and made of genuine leather. It loses a star for electric powered seating, I prefer mechanical adjustment. If anything goes wrong it's much easier to fix and it adjusts quicker than a small electric motor. Pretty comical how slow it moved!
Went in to look at a car i was interested in. David and Jordy were very helpful and accommodating. They were also nice enough to follow up vis phone when needed. The buying process was extremely fast and overall I’m happy with my experience
2000 Luxury Car
July 14, 2018
Nice Big Old Luxury Car from the year 2000. It cost $26000 in the year 2000. They don't make them like this anymore. What a deal!
I had a very good experience here. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and I was very pleased. Adam Leykauf was my salesman. He was great!!! I will definitely buy here and from him again!!!
Looks good, roomy interior, avoid the 2.7 engine

I got this car with 44000 miles on the odometer. Had it until there were 158000 miles on it. And I wish I still had this car! I had the LX model with the 2.7 liter engine. It had very lackluster power for accelerating from a dead stop or any aggressive passing but fine for normal day to day surface street driving. The 2.7 liter engine is known for 2 major issues, oil sludge build up if the oil isn't changed regularly and the water pump that when it goes will leak anti-freeze into the engine and must be fixed immediately. The water pump fix will run you around $2000+ because of the dumb design of it and half the engine needing to be taken apart. Personally, l never had an issue with the oil sludge, but it’s something to keep in mind.
On the positive side the interior is really roomy!! One of the few cars that I could 'sit behind myself' in with the driver’s seat all the way back (I'm 6'4"). Can comfortably drive around 4 adults with no space issues. The trunk is also huge too. It's definitely comfortable on long drives and good on gas as well for a car its size.
My husband and I were greeted soon aftdr arriving on the used car lot by Aaron and his staff and before we knew it we were driving away in our chosen car theze guys were very procfessional and had us on our way in no time
Uncomfortable, but very reliable.

My biggest complaint is the driver's seat becomes very uncomfortable after riding for more than an hour and a half. I have also had a few problems recently with the clock and radio. I have also had to have the air conditioning replaced. You would expect the clock, radio, and A/C problems though in a car that was built 19 years ago. The engine is very reliable though, it has never given me any problems at all. It does lack any sort of punch compared to modern cars. Especially when driving with a full car or up hills, it struggles at 70 mph. The car is very roomy inside, which is nice for taller or bigger people.
Actually have rebuilt this car from fuel injectors to transmission and belts threw wheels on and lots of love...
Car now has 198000 mile , engine Is built in a way when the belts break it will safely stop running to prevent valves to bend...
Brian is the most helpful and looks for your best interests. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. Thanks Brian!

This car may be old to some, but it is a strong car. Currently has over 200,000 miles and still runs like new. In NewEngland we have some NASTY winters and it rides through those like nothing.. Love the car !!!
Easiest car purchase I’ve been through. Friendly and very easy to work with, even installed four new tires on the car before purchase at no cost to me! Would highly recommend!!
Great driving car, comfortable, fast and stable

The best all-round car I’ve had. Especially for winter driving where it behaves like a 4 Wh Drive.
I have ported and polished the intake manifold then added a cold-air intake for even better mileage and power
Plan to ship the battery to the trunk for better balance as well.
The Limited has the sporty suspension of the 300m with the capacity of the Concorde, very pleasant to drive.
Hope to keep it for years as it is a cleanly-built car I can understand and repair myself.
Steve M provided excellent service and made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end of our car buying experience. Would highly recommend McAndrew Motors! Well done!

Very nice car, it drives smooth and as a very modern look when considering its age. It look as if it could be a newer car. The car is very reliable and good on gas. It also sounds good, some times a I start it and its so quiet i have to double check if its on. I recommend this car.

I love the luxury of it, driving it felt like riding on a cloud. I would love to own another if possible, my wife really loves it too.
Anthony was an awesome help in obtaining our new Jeep! He was easy to work with, friendly, not a typical salesman! He was able to get us to where we wanted to be with payments and we appreciate his efforts! Love our new Jeep Cherokee!

Large family car, trunk is so huge you could fit 2 bodies in it. Great for trips, expensive to own. Loved it anyway. Sorry it has to go, just too old now 205K miles.
Cars are in great shape. They stock alot of Lexus and Lincoln vehicles. The cars are in factory condition and 1-2 owner vehicles. I saw a lot of healthy clean cars.
It's the 1999 with a better engine design

The kid likes it, very large interior with more then enough room for a 6' person and even for 5 of his 6' friends, 8 if you want to put 3 in the over size trunk. Sleek exterior body design. Very responsive in pick-up and also in handling. It is the best he has ever owned.
The Overall Rating and Reliability rates maybe a little low, but he has only had the car for a few months and not even 500 miles yet. Only time will tell if it should have been higher (or lower)
Great customer service! The entire team was polite, honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy a car at an unbeatable price from a place that has your best interest in mind, look no further than I-Deal Cars LLC. You won't regret it!
