I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

Rebecca Moore (Service Advisor) helped me today with a liftgate problem on my Rogue. She was able to fix it, where I thought I was going to have to have a service mechanic diagnose and fix it. It cost me nothing and could not be happier. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her. Every car coming in to service was getting vacuum before it left the bay. That is a notch above most dealerships.

I purchased a used 2023 Tucson from Gettel Nissan. Salesman Valentino Naeder made the purchase easy. The only drawback was the time spent (4hrs) at the dealership to actually drive home. Received a temporary registration plate good for 30 days and was informed that a permanent plate was in the mail. Near the 30 day mark I contacted salesman Pete who quickly had a permanent plate sent within 2 days. Thank You

My wife and I needed a second family vehicle. Already having a 2010 Honda Accord which we fully like, that is still running strong with only basic maintenance upkeep all these years. From the moment we arrived everyone was polite and friendly. Jorge Pronto was so knowledgeable about the CRV-EXL and answered all of our questions with expertise. He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease.
