New and used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica for sale near Southside Place, TX

I recently had electronic work done on my Jeep Cherokee and was very pleased with the service at Auto Nation Katy. The service rep kept me informed of findings, provided a timely quote and repair and in the end the repair cost was less than quoted. When my car was ready they sent a shuttle to pick me up, even though I was slightly outside of their usual radius. Thank you to Derrick and Auto Nation!

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Just had my windows tinted, fast and nice job. Having a problem getting the garage door system to work but they are trying to help with that. Nice truck and I would highly recommend!!

The mechanics or management can?t seem to find the problem so I won?t be taking back there for service. I will use another facility closer to where I reside. The salesman John Staten is the BEST!!! I look forward to doing business and making referrals to him.

It was a long 5 months (due to back ordered parts) but DeAnthony made it such a breeze. He gave me weekly updates, answered all my questions thoroughly, when I needed a rental, he got it for me with no problem and had some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. I will always be returning for any services my jeep may have. Your mechanics are so detailed, they made sure all issues were fixed before they released my truck. Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.
