New and used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles for sale near Appleton, WI

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 L from Bergstroms of Kaukauna Wisconsin on 6/8/16. I actually was looking at another vehicle on the lot, but after the sales person (Tom Gault) listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle, he pointed out some other choices. From then on, the whole process of buying a car was painless and quite refreshing. I was going from my old 10 year old car to a car of the future as I seen it. Tom explained everything from the buying process to every bell and whistle on the car. Great. An overwhelming process became a joint learning experience and a huge comfort factor. Thanks.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

The dealership and staff were prompt and friendly. Issue fixed and delivered on time. My only negative is that in making the appointment, I was unable to get in for over two weeks!

Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.

I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that they came in and gave updates on my car. Also very nice accommodations in the waiting room.

Dealer was able to locate the exact model 2017 RAM Big Horn truck and got it in just one day. It was ready on time, with added NAV (now a dealer install) and we were out there in one hour. We emailed a few documents at their suggestion, which helped the process. All went smoothly with no surprises. General Manager stepped in to help early in process.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.
