New and used 2025 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles for sale near Western Springs, IL

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee through Wickstrom Auto Group, working with Eric Jensen, six years ago. That proved to be an excellent experience. So when I was recently in the market for a new vehicle my first stop was back to Wickstrom Auto Group and was thrilled to learn I would once again be working with Eric Jensen. Eric patiently guided me through the education process, a test drive, and the financial arrangements to purchase a Jeep Wagoneer, then a Lincoln Aviator, and finally the Grand Cherokee Summit which I ultimately purchased. Throughout this recent purchase, I found Eric Jensen to be the same friendly, knowledgeable, and totally professional sales consultant I had experienced working with six years earlier. The entire start to final delivery process working with Eric and the Wickstrom Auto Group Team was simple, efficient, and totally stress-free. In short, an outstanding overall experience. I would strongly recommend the Wickstrom Auto Group and Eric Jensen to anyone who is in the market for a new automobile. It was a pleasure working with them.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Anthony greeted me in the parking lot and was friendly and professional. He quickly brought the car out that I wanted to see. Negotiations were very fair and the paperwork was done in a timely maner. Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment.
