I really like how fast and efficient they are but some of the work I paid for didn’t get done I went in for a check engine light and a reduced engine problem they couldn’t reproduce the reduced power problem which is understandable cuz it only happened on certain circumstances but turns out I had more than one code for the check engine light they fixed the main one but the fog light circuit high didn’t not get fixed and now I have no fog lights on my jeep the service adviser said they fix them all and I paid to have them all fixed and didn’t get them fixed

I have wanted a Jeep since high school. I have also bought many cars in my life but never have I been taken care of in the way this dealership did. From the detailers all the way up to the finance department. My salesman Kyle was beyond amazing and truly did go above and beyond to make me happy. Adam Black and Ben truly are geniuses with numbers and found a way to make my dream of owning a wrangler finally possible (30 years later). We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable!
