Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.
