I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. After I made the decision to purchase it took less than an half hour to fill out the paperwork and driving off the car lot with no extra fees. I would recommend Ultimate Motor Cars and ask for Sal. P.S. I had an opportunity to walk through the shop and talked with the mechanics. These guys all seem knowledgeable and love working cars.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Recently bought a beautiful 2018 Sienna from this dealership! I can't believe that got approved for financing, after going to 3 other dealerships and everyone turned me down, saying that I have two many cars under my name already! Honestly when I got here I still had in my mind that getting approved is impossible, but Andrei did such a great job! He really knows financing and how to take care of people! I recommend them to everyone!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I cried about the price of my tires but to know they are covered was a big load off my shoylders

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This is the perfect cross between a van and a luxury vehicle. Plenty of room inside for anything you want to do. The engine is so smooth and powerful, you have to watch for creeping on the speedometer. We have owned Chryslers for over 30yrs and this is one of their best.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

We were in the market for a new Lincoln Aviator. Wickstrom is always our first stop using the Costco Auto Program. We were referred to Michael Kajdanowski. He was wonderful to work with. He knows the products like the back of his hand, and took his time to show and explain all the features in this technology-packed vehicle. He guided us through a very useful test drive, which sealed our interest in the Aviator We live nearby, and expressed some concern about how the vehicle would fit in our garage. He allowed us to take the vehicle home to check that out. He helped us narrow down the feature and color options to identify exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase, and will certainly look for Michael again when we are in the market for a Lincoln Corsair next summer!

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.

This is the perfect van for traveling. It is comfortable and there is plenty of room for luggage. This is one of the few vehicles that has enough legroom for my husband in the passenger seat. He is 6'5". It is large enough that I can hold my own on the interstate. Would of kept this one except we were interested in a hybrid.
