Best car purchasing experience, hands down, in my years involving about 16 personal vehicle purchases. From our initial meet out front of the dealership, where Brendan had the car cleaned up and ready for review, to the closing of the deal, Brendan and all the staff were professional, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. The vibe during our entire visit was relaxed, non-pushy, and actually... fun. Honest interactions and great attention to detail with Brendan resulted in what we felt was a fair deal for everybody. We showed up with our daughter who was buying her first used car, but one would of believed we were there to pick up a new Ram truck, given the focus and attention paid to us. One of the easiest , most straight forward negotiations we have experienced buying a car. They gave us a very fair trade-in value on our car and excellent sale price on our new Jeep. Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

We wound up buying a '17 Dodge Grand Caravan. Our sales associate, Jake, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even had the patience to deal with our questions, test drive and our kids who came along to 'inspect' the vehicle. Pete responded quickly to my cars.com inquiry, and the sales manager, Luke, reached out to confirm our visit. The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!
