Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back. I recently purchased the Town and Country Touring v6 3.8. For the 1200$ I paid I expected a few problems and I got a couple soon after the purchase but well, its a good running car. As soon as the new fuel pump is installed and a couple little kinks are fixed I will have her on the road again. After all she had 240,000 miles on her when I found her and she was great until the pump went out. I still feel she is worth it! Rides nice. Roomy, handles like a newer car and I really think this car can go another 200,000 miles! I bought her from the 2nd owner and I really didn't know what to expect until my mechanic came to check her out. He pulled up in an identical 2005 van, just like mine.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

Was in and out under 30 minutes. Small family dealerhsip, they kept thing simple. You can spend an entire day in a big store, cant deal with all that.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

The store front was very clean, the reason for 4 stars is due to the location, it is in an industrial type area which makes parking and test driving a little more tricky. A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

I bought a Chrysler 300 from them and have not seen any problems After that, I bought a Lincoln Town Car that I did not like, and then I took it back from them after I used it for more than 4 days. They did not say no. Everyone who puts one star is stupid because they don't know how to buy a car

This van is perfect for hauling our three kids and two dogs around. The stow and go is very handy for our active lifestyle. We are particularly excited about being able to haul bicycles inside the van. There is a thrumming sound which we believe to be coming from the rear breaks that we are going to have checked out. We love our new (to us) van!

Bought this van the 1st quarter of 2017 with 10k miles. As of the 1st of 2024 my mileage is at 84k. I traded in my 2010 model. I find these vans to be extremely reliable and even though I purchased extended warranties have never had any type of warranty issues, actually no warranty work on either van, but I do regular fluid and maintenance, so I guess I wasted a lot of extra dollars due to their reliability. I am a big guy so I really like the seating, plenty of room for me. I also really like the Stow and Go back seats which gives me room to haul all types of stuff. I highly recommend these vehicles.

We bought our T&C in 2014 with 2,000 miles on it. We still have it. 9 years and 114,500 miles later, the engine runs like its brand new. Everything still functions. An oil casing, Alternator, and window motor on the front drivers side had to be replaced along the way. Yet, the engin, transmission brakes, all of the toys on it still run in top condition. If you are looking for a Cadillac like ride, reliable, spacious minivan, I would recommend Chrysler.

They seemed very nice and friendly. No high pressure tactics one finds at a traditional dealership. Upfront with the issues involving the car. He gave us free reign in test driving the car or telling us where we could go. Also helpful in finding alternative ways in saving money on the car. The only gripe I had was they would not negotiate on the price at all. After picking out the issues with the car, he still would not budge. Thankfully the price being asked was fair so we didn't have a big issue, but still a little disappointing.

Best test drive ever. This can drive like a champ. Especially for a big family like mine. It was very durable. I love the way it handle during the high way.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

Bought a used 2014 T&C Touring with 70k for my wife in 2019 and she loves it. The 3.6L is more than adequate for getting this beast moving quickly at stop lights or merging with traffic on the highway. Fuel economy is pretty average for a minivan. The vehicle has 120k miles, and we've had no major mechanical issues so far. Its features list pretty well checks all the boxes for a family van. Dual zone climate, automatic side doors and tailgate, built-in wifi, 2nd and 3rd row DVD, Bluetooth, nav, command start, backup camera, etc. If you're looking for a used minivan to haul around a family, has decent cargo space, and a more luxuries feel to it, I would definitely recommend considering the T&C.
