Dear all....while shopping for a Ram 3500 work truck I met Mike Stefanik. Not being a technological whiz he talked me through how to order our truck. This was 16Jan22. We took delivery on 13Jun22. Mike was a joy to deal with. I promised him that I would not "bug him" and I did not. On his own he tracked our truck and kept me updated. He didn't have to do this. Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time).
