We test drove a Honda, left, came back after visiting numerous dealerships as well as Carmax and ended up purchasing the car from him. We got a more than fair trade in for our truck and the start to finish time was not bad. Mr. Sarmiento in the finance department was also polite and helpful. Fast forward more than a month and when I left a message with warranty info I forgot to ask, my call was immediately returned and all information requested was immediately sent to me. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.
