Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Best car I ever owned. Drove it from 12,000 miles to 207,700 miles and it's still beautiful and runs great. Take care of your car and it will take car if you. Chrystler 300 is by far the best car ever!!!

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

We just bought our 2nd Car at Real Deal Cars. Our daughter loved her first car we've purchsed 2-3 years ago, it never failed us. Recently we just went back and bought ourselves an SUV which was a struggle to find but this dealership managed to find it at a good deal. We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

After finding what we were looking for online, we made an appointment to come see the car. When we arrived Luis greeted us and asked how he could help us. We told him about our appointment and which car we wanted to see. He already had it up front for us so it was easy for us to look at and take for a drive. We planned to come back the next day if we were going to buy it so he set us an appointment so we didn’t have to wait as long. Unfortunately they had a power outage that day but as a respectful professional he texted me right away so we didn’t drive there when they couldn’t sell the car and he rescheduled us for the next day. He never pressured us to buy anything. He just showed us the car we wanted and asked how he could help us. This is not like other car lots where they use high pressure to sell you something you only kind of like. We were truly impressed with how they treated us. As for the person who wrote a review about needing to wear fancy clothes to get their attention, that’s not true! I don’t wear fancy clothes and they were very helpful! We definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I love this car very fun being I have the 300S very fun and not to bad on gas to be a v8 hemi . Sport mode is fun and all I drive in as for my wife she like the regular mode save her gas ⛽️ lol 😆 I love the sound of the engine and the power when you open her up best of both world luxury with horsepower. I suggest you get one before they all disappear . Last of the v8 saga 😢 coming to us sucks so got to have my yard loaded with them......V8 nation stand up.. Beast of a car. 300S V8. S added pro charger and woke the true potential. Last call for traditional performance at CDJR/Stellantis/whoever. Love this model sedan. Get one if you’ve been looking. Perfect combo of lux/look/ performance. Should’ve had a hellcat version.

Best experience ever with a dealership repair...wanted a new key fob programmed, wrong one sent, they managed to get it all done anyway and were helpful and friendly in the process!

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I'm retired now and this car will not get a lot of use but it's nice to know I can go any time any place

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

I just purchased a used Chrysler 300 limited. The car is by far the most comfortable, quiet car i have ever owned. I have owned mostly Chrysler products and they have really refined the 300 over the years. It has plenty of power and my 300 is highly optioned so I have all the convenience features i could ever want. I really hope they keep making the 300. So many makes are getting rid of passenger cars and that's a shame.
