This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

I drove from Memphis TN to Cleveland OH to buy a car from Eddie, I'd do it all over again without a second thought. I've bought many cars but this way by FAR the best experience I've ever had from an auto dealership. Eddie and his wife aside from being very nice and great people, are honest, fair, and genuinely care about the cars they sell and the people they are selling them to. I strongly advise anybody looking for a car to shop here. There's a reason why he's been in business so long. My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

These guys not only had a super clean, 1 owner, Toyota Highlander perfect for my new 16 year old driver. They were friendly and made the buying process a breeze! I would buy from them without reservation! Amazing!!!

When I first saw this car I thought it may have belonged to a mafia boss. It was deep lava red (dark purple) with lots of chrome and solid wood interior accent pieces. I am 6’4 and have no problem fitting in the car. Unfortunately though I have to duck to see the traffic light as my line of sight is blocked by the liner and visors. The smaller windows and high door frames create a “boss” look but also blind spots. Very careful when changing lanes. I love the grey leather interior, Boston stereo/sound system and power sunroof. This is also the first V8 I have ver owned. It feels like a muscle car. The 340 HP helped me get out of a few dicey situations. I also appreciate the deactivation of 4 cylinders when I cruise to give me better gas mileage. I have owned my 300C for just over 2 years now and have enjoyed it every minute. Only repairs have been the cheap plastic shift link (replaced with an aluminum one) and the windshield washer sprayers that broke. I replaced with 2 more I purchased on Amazon for just $15.00. I don’t drive it in winter being that it is just the RWD and not AWD. I am hoping as a result thanks to the Daimler (Mercedes) influence I may have many more years of worry free driving.

This car met all my needs, and never had any major issues with it. Very reliable, and always had confidence to get me where I needed and wanted to go.

I think Marin did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was very quick to reply to my questions I had sent him. He agreed to stay later than normal business hours, due to our arrival time. The truck was pretty tmuch exactly as described, no pressure from him or the other gentlemen that were present. I would definitely buy from him again. As a customer, we need to be the ones to thoroughly check everything on the vehicle. There’s always some sort of risk involved when buying used, and don’t forget that the condition of the vehicles are due to the upkeep or lack of, by the previous owner. Much better construction than the Sebring convertibles prior to 2008. Soft top is very tight virtually no wind noise and absolutely no water. Not a single roof rattle with over 95k miles. Only down side of the top is that it takes up the entire trunk. Cannot carry anything in the trunk with the top down.

I took my 2016 Tahoe in for oil change and trip check- they did a front alignment too- very pleased- service is very professional

I bought a 2010 300 Touring Signature with 65,500 miles on it, and despite being a 12 year old car, it looks and drives like new. I have the 3.5L V6 (the upgraded V6, not the base engine). Some reviews have said that the 300 is underpowered if it doesn’t have one of the V8 engines, but unless you’re trying to hit 60 in four seconds and annoy the neighbors, it’s got plenty of power. This is a car that loves a highway—it’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of power for accelerating and passing. Handling is good, although the steering and suspension are tuned for highway driving more than performance. That’s not a criticism; it’s the 300 Touring’s intended use. I think a lot of the negative reviews of the 300 are from people expecting to do things it wasn’t made to do. The 300 Touring isn’t a track car or one to drive hard through the twisties. It’s a full-size touring sedan, and it’s absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t looking for a 300, although I’ve always loved the way it looks (along with its late cousin, the Dodge Magnum), and the price was right. I’m very happy with my purchase and I love everything about this car. We’ve bought a lot of Chrysler products over the years, and currently own 3 (a Journey, a 200 Touring I bought for myself and gave to my daughter, and the 300), and we’ve never had more repair issues than you’d expect for their relatives ages and conditions. Every Dodge or Chrysler we’ve owned has been very reliable. When I test drove the 300, another customer was waiting at the dealership to take the car if I didn’t want it, and two more wanted to look at it. There’s a reason—if you can find a low-mileage used 300, it’s going to treat you right. I’d suggest getting the upgraded V6 (3.5L) if it’s a model made before 2011. Don’t be scared off by the V6 unless you’re specifically looking for a muscle car. We’ve had four Chrysler products with the Pentastar V6 (an exceptional V6 Chrysler put in pretty much everything), and this one comes pretty close to it. It’s not your car if you want to go 140 on the track, but if you’re going 80 on the highway and want plenty of power left to pass, it’s fantastic.

I purchased 10 cars over the last six years. I will continuously buy cars from this dealership when you’re buying cars at wholesale pricing you should understand what you’re getting into. They have great low miles and great pricing and great deals on all the vehicles people are gonna be Karens no matter what and leave bad reviews over a $2900 car $5000 car, I have great experiences with them every time highly recommend 💪😎🙏

Bought V-6 model new in 2011. Only replaced the tires in 2021. Everything else is great. Wish they still made it-I would get a new one.

I’ve had 4 different minivans over the last 2 decades, 2 Mazda MPV’s, 1 Dodge Caravan and the 2009 Chrysler T&C that I bought used in 2013. The T&C wins hands down…I absolutely love it, comfortable, super sound system, Bluetooth compatibility with my cell phone, great on gas and holds a ton of stuff. Have taken it from Canada through the US and, knock on wood, I have had 0 issues with it and hope it lasts as long as I do being a senior! Wish Chrysler had not discontinued it!

I don't know what some of these people are talking about. I bought the 200 Standard V6 engine, 200+ horsepower, used from a dealership which bought rentals and resells them. That was in 2015 and after owning a V8 Jeep Cherokee. I was afraid of it being slow on the acceleration but it just took off during the test drive, great passing power and entering a busy highway without being sluggish on pressing the gas pedaI.'ve had little to no problems and aside from basic maintenance. It looks good, drives great, very powerful V6 engine. Car gets 20 mpg local driving and 30 mpg highway.

My car was making a weird sound I had it for a few years. Dave told me to bring it in to get it locked at. It was a lot wrong with my car so he told me instead of wasting money to get that fix come in and we will get you a new one. Mike Dave and Jen have always worked with me to get me in a nice car at an affordable price.

Bought the car used from a rental company back in 2014. It's the V6. I am still satisfied with the car, the engine and transmission have offered no problems, it's quite fast and for a V-6 the fuel economy is impressive. Having said all that the cons are its rather small for a mid-sized car( if size is important to you) and changing the headlight bulbs and battery is difficult. Also while interior is comfortable for the driver, it is pretty basic and no thrills.

Mine was a fantastic car, downside no power poor gas mileage, but l didnt need it to do either, l only had to do regular maintenance oil changes brakes and rear shocks, its a xxxxx if you have to do nearly anything in engine compartment. 180,000 miles and a pump in transmission went, l donated it

I bought my 2008 Cruiser in 2011 used with 30k miles on it. It's been 13 years and I STILL have it. It now has 170k miles and it didn't start having issues until maybe 2 or 3 years ago. First thing that cut out was the AC but I consider that a luxury and can't afford to get it fixed so I've been driving without it for a while. Maybe 5 years ago the suspension had to be replaced and the camshaft sensor had to be replaced like 3 times over the course of a year. About 3 years ago the radiator blew and needed to be replaced. And just last year ('23) the control arm needed to be replaced, and it started giving me issues overheating. Just this month (August '24) it needed a coolant flush, new thermostat, new radiator fan, and fuel pump. But with all the old car repairs, every time something is fixed, it keeps going and the repairs hold up. This little car has lasted longer than I ever thought it would and I'm going to keep it going as long as I can. Other than engine issues as the car has aged, the rest of it is decent. Good leg room, surprising amount of space. It's gotten me through 3 moves and I've packed so many moving boxes in there I didn't need to rent a moving van. I'm 35 now and still driving around my first car (mainly because I'm poor but whatever). I have so many good memories with this cat and I'm so glad it's lasted so long.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Akron Auto Sales was the best dealership to buy my used car. Dave and Rachael were great, honest and helpful. The car was not inspected yet by their mechanic. So I gave the deposit and in a few days I got a call from Rachael that the car is ready to pick up. I was explained of what was OK with the car and what was fixed and replaced. Next day I took the car to my mechanic and he said that the car was in such great shape that it was a great deal. I normally do not write reviews, but I received such wonderful customer service that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great service, great staff, and overall I am extremely satisfied. When I went to SERPENTINI CHEVROLET to purchase a used 2012 SRX. I had really excellent credit. I made a big GIGANTIC mistake. On 4 APRIL of this year I purchased a used 2012 SRX with 145,000 miles on it. Going in to the deal, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get someone to finance a vehicle with that many miles on it, and at 12 years old in car years. This SRX is considered to be an OLD, over the HILL motor vehicle on LIFE SUPPORT. In other words this 2012 SRX needs a MAJOR HEART TRANSPLANT. I am still getting loan TURNED DOWN NOTICES in the mail. It has been over ONE MONTH since I drove it off the lot. I am currently making the TURNED down NOTICES that keep coming in the mail into a big GIGANTIC roll of toilet paper.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.
