I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! this was a absolutely great minivan, it had ride, and lots of room to haul, if needed. i traveled all over, in comfort. it was a high trim, so leather, ect. i drove that car into the ground, and then gave it away, i think it may still be on the road. chysler makes great minivans

I bought my 2008 Cruiser in 2011 used with 30k miles on it. It's been 13 years and I STILL have it. It now has 170k miles and it didn't start having issues until maybe 2 or 3 years ago. First thing that cut out was the AC but I consider that a luxury and can't afford to get it fixed so I've been driving without it for a while. Maybe 5 years ago the suspension had to be replaced and the camshaft sensor had to be replaced like 3 times over the course of a year. About 3 years ago the radiator blew and needed to be replaced. And just last year ('23) the control arm needed to be replaced, and it started giving me issues overheating. Just this month (August '24) it needed a coolant flush, new thermostat, new radiator fan, and fuel pump. But with all the old car repairs, every time something is fixed, it keeps going and the repairs hold up. This little car has lasted longer than I ever thought it would and I'm going to keep it going as long as I can. Other than engine issues as the car has aged, the rest of it is decent. Good leg room, surprising amount of space. It's gotten me through 3 moves and I've packed so many moving boxes in there I didn't need to rent a moving van. I'm 35 now and still driving around my first car (mainly because I'm poor but whatever). I have so many good memories with this cat and I'm so glad it's lasted so long.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.
