I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

First time to this dealer ship. Oswaldo returned all phone calls and greeted me in the parking lot, very nice. Nice to have a conversation about things in general and still discuss car buying.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Jay “Justin” at the Las Vegas Hertz Car Sales was outstanding. He does a fantastic job working for your office. The way he interacts with the customers is an absolutely, “A Drop The Mic” moment. He is so good with the other customers including ourselves. It was really fun to work with him and watch him do his job. Your office is very fortunate to have someone like Jay working in your office. Guys like him are very hard to find that can represent the Hertz Brand in an outstanding manner. I am a retired Marine and I would have loved to have him as one of my young Marines in one of my units throughout my Marine Corps career. He would have been an outstanding Marine. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Went in Monday to get my RDX serviced and Mitch took care of it for me. Now when I say Mitch went above and beyond and then some. Mitch called every step to let me know the status of my car and how long till ready. I had to leave my car but they called a lyft for me and when I had to go back they again called a lyft and brought me back. Like I said ABOVE AND BEYOND! Excellent 👏👏👏👏👏

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I love my 300, it gives me the power I need when I need . It gives me comfort while I drive. I feel very secure in it. It keeps me humble because without God I would not be driving it. This is how I feel like it or leave it.

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I was ok with that though as it was done for my safety. I would still come back again for any further purchases. The end result sent me home with my new 2016 BMW M5. I’m happy. Thank You!!

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Got Oil Change. cost $125. Good Service. Took over an hour to do the job and the day before the system went down.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great car. My fifth 300. started with 99 300M, then 05 300C, 2012 300 Touring L, 2018 300 Touring S(got totalled a yr in with 7k miles) to my current 2019 Touring L. 3 yrs old with almost 24k miles, still love the car. Wanna hopefully get a 2023, so I can have the latest one before they stop making them. Love the ride, rwd layout, 3.6 engine with 8 speed, 8.4" U Connect with upgraded sound system and Bluetooth/Carplay excellent. Comfortable and roomy. I am 6 foot 1 inch and I have room aplenty. White paint with white leather interior look awesome.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I own a 2016 Chrysler 200C AWD with "Tech Package" (forward collision warning saved me from hitting back end of pickup Truck). Has Panoramic Sunroof. I bought car for my Wife but I enjoy driving Car to, has lot of Power from 3.6 liter V-6 engine, All Wheel Drive is awesome. reliable is great.

The best in Vegas! I had a great experience, they are very nice and friendly and helped me to find the right car, I totally recommend.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
