Had 2018 Kia Optima S that was totaled after an accident (not my fault) after the whole theft issue and engine failure I was considering going to Subaru for a new vehicle... but Nick Palermo gave me hope in Kia and gave one more chance... he hooked me up with Cole who is freakin awesome... Had EV9 for a week now. I have owned lots of different SUVs -5 different MDXs, a suburban, an Infiniti QX56, an XC90T8, a Navigator, an Expedition- and so far it is my favorite of all. It drives so smooth and FAST, plenty of room- but not so big it is a hassle finding room to park like a suburban can be. The interior is nice for an EV- only EV I have personally seen with nicer interior is ETRON. I do wish interior was more refined but it is nice enough. much prefer EV 9 to the Tesla in every way. The three rows are all usable. I am thrilled to be done with the MDX 18mpg with premium fuel, this car is more fun, bigger, and saving me a ton on gas. The Semi autonomous driving is very good also.

Courteous customer focused serviceand not as pushy for quick sales. I broight in my car for a potential recall. But it did not apply to my vehicle.

Bought a Heritage model with manual transmission! Love it. Shifting is smooth. Interior is retro and well done with a large info screen Heated seats are amazing. Ride is awesome

Early software issues have been resolved. The Lyriq is a wonderful comfort car. Smooth ride, extremely quiet with good handling. This is not a sports car it’s a stress free car. Supercruise is the best autonomous driving software currently available. True hands free driving. The best value in the luxury segment.
