Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I must say I wasn't expecting to buy a new car during this crazy time, but when the Chrysler financial deal came along I called Kalscheur's, Dean was extremely helpful in finding me the right vehicle and I really must say no two dealers are alike, in today's economy you never know if you are getting a good deal. I did not feel that way with Kalscheur's, in fact I feel like I got a great deal on my new 2020 Durango. If you are looking for a dealer you can trust, this is the only place you need to visit. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I bought a new electric 2020 Bolt here and brought it in last week, suspecting that after more than a year I would need a full overhaul maintenance. They assured me I didn't need a couple tasks they could have charged me for because I'd suggested them. They simply rotated my tires, gave good tire replacement advice in about 6 months, filled my washer fluid, and sent me off for less than $25. Nice new coffee-drink machine in the waiting room! My car was ready to leave before I was!

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
