I found a vehicle at Nexton on Carguru. Gytis was the salesman that I worked with through the entire process. Gytis was professional, responsive, accessible, patient, and accommodating to my request as I examined the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle the process went smoothly and quickly. The vehicle was transported and the driver contacted me and informed me on delivery time. When the vehicle was delivered it was all that it was sold to be. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

My mom and I came looking for a car, we knew we wanted an SUV but wasn't exactly sure what we were getting. Luckily we had some help from Jesse. He was amazing and helped us find an amazing car. I highly recommend going to this location and seeing Jesse. He is great, hilarious, and understands exactly what I was saying. He even helped me get the app on my phone and helped me learn the features of my new car. I love this Honda location and will come back all the time if they help me all the time. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. My husband was very happy with his honestly as well as his tending to us especially with my daughter with his help we were able to find a great family car that meet all go our needs with more additional features and our price range. My husband and I couldn’t be ever more happier with our new vehicle.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

Currently under construction so some customers didn?t understand to pull their cars out of the way when they went in the trailer. A sign should be posted as such.

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

I recently purchased the Town and Country Touring v6 3.8. For the 1200$ I paid I expected a few problems and I got a couple soon after the purchase but well, its a good running car. As soon as the new fuel pump is installed and a couple little kinks are fixed I will have her on the road again. After all she had 240,000 miles on her when I found her and she was great until the pump went out. I still feel she is worth it! Rides nice. Roomy, handles like a newer car and I really think this car can go another 200,000 miles! I bought her from the 2nd owner and I really didn't know what to expect until my mechanic came to check her out. He pulled up in an identical 2005 van, just like mine.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
