Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Incredible experience buying my new 2025 Tucson Hybrid from Hyundai of Noblesville. The salesman, Chandler, let me take my time and find the vehicle that really fit me. I had driven my trustworthy 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe through some of the best times of my life but it was time for a new one. I had no idea the new Santa Fe’s are altogether a different vehicle, but getting into the Tucson was like getting into a new space-aged version of my old car. The dealership put zero pressure on me to get one trim over another, and same with any additional features or services, the financing and purchase completion with Joe was great. Chandler even invited me back a few night later (even after I had fully made the purchase) to show me all the functions and settings, and seven driving trips, in such an advanced car compared to my old one. My thanks to these guys, it was a great experience.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

CarMax was prompt reaching out to me. When I looked at the car there was no pressure to buy it. I ended up getting something else and was quickly in and out of the dealership!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

We are very grateful to Eastgate! They were able to help us in a very difficult situation. Our van developed a serious problem while we were traveling through Indianapolis trying to reach my mother’s home in Eastern Ohio for Christmas. The van could not continue to be driven safely without repairs. The problem happened on a Sunday evening, and no service centers were open. We stayed at a hotel and showed up at Eastgate when the service department opened at 7:30 am on Monday, December 23 with our two kids and a van full of luggage and Christmas gifts, desperate for help. The technicians and staff were wonderful. They had the repairs completed by lunchtime, and we had a nice, comfortable place to wait with coffee, water, wi-fi, charging stations, etc. And the cashier went above and beyond to help us out when we had difficulty with one of the vending machines. We are very thankful for all the technicians and staff who squeezed us in between all their pre-scheduled appointments. They made a bad situation better and brought us peace of mind after we had a lot of anxious moments the day before. Thank you!

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Well I unexpectedly discovered that I was in dire need of transportation and had no clue where to begin. Fortunately, I remembered that I had a Consumer’s Reports subscription and decided to give them a try. They not only gave me ideas about make and model they included reliability and recommended dealerships. The first one I called couldn’t see until the next day. Honestly, I wasn’t even sure what exactly I wanted but the efficient and kind staff helped me quickly narrow things down and picked out the perfect car for me. They also worked with me with financing options, insurance and even getting the license plates!! I am frankly amazed that I have a beautiful car with everything I need without any issues! I bought the Pacifica Pinnacle. It is quiet, comfortable and a joy to drive, It is a large vehicle and I can get a lot of things inside including a 4x8 sheet of plywood and 6 people (not at the same time). Visibility is very good and the camera's do an excellent job. Everything works, controls are easy to reach and empirical and on a trip I averaged 26 mpg. Two negatives: idle stop is frustrating. (have to remember to turn it off every time you start the car). Vacuum cleaner in place of the spare is not a good idea and you have to run the engine when the vacuum is running. Guess it's Ok then, but not at stop signs. (idle-stop)

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I couldn’t be happier.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.
