Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

The entire experience was pleasant. Jeff was knowledgeable and informative. I explained that I had been looking at a certain vehicle on line with a special discount price. He went above and beyond to find said vehicle and honor the price. There was no high pressure sale nonsense . He met every special request that we we looking for without any hesitancy. I requested to test drive two of the same vehicle that it appeared the only difference was color, but I would not have purchased the first one I drove because of the way it felt driving. Jeff explained the second vehicle had different tires and that was why I liked the smoothness of the ride. He also pointed out the android auto that would allow me to have navigation. When I expressed the desire for heated seats he made it happen. The finance portion was just as smooth. He helped us make the decision regarding extended warranty. I didn't want to increase my payment, but he explained I am investing in the future; repairs are increasly costly and just continuing to increase. I was confident I made the right decision. I have purchased many vehicles in my 67 years, but this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I ever had. I am anticipating the heated seat installation and floor mats will go as smoothly as the rest of our experience.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
