EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Scott is one of the most honest car sales people you will meet. He was incredibly helpful, no pressure, very consultative. They also have a wonderful service department! We met with Kevin while going through my lease and he was able to answer service questions in a very informative way! Even their GM Vince is very hands on and helpful! I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

It was well worth the drive from Northeastern Pennsylvania for a great deal on a Mercedes GLA 250. The car was everything as advertised. Saeed was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a used car.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

I have been working on getting a car for weeks now, honestly I was going to throw in the towel, I was beyond frustrated with the process in it's entirety. I had gone to as is dealer, the car had warning lights as soon as it started. I tried a "Home delivery" website (I won't mention it here) and after days of putting me through the ringer the denied the sale hours before delivery. I even went to a name brand car dealer but the were high presser and instead of working with the budget I wanted they were pushing a new car, which would have raised my insurance and cost far more than I wanted. Finally I went to easyauto, let me tell you, they're not kidding. Alex was outstanding! He endured my stubborn, picky and pain in the pants ways, not only did I get my mini but his customer service was excellent. He was friendly, and worked with my budget on what I wanted to pay and what wanted as a car. He did ask if I would be interested in something other than a Mini, and I told him if it came to it I'd let him try 😉 By the end of the paperwork I got to pick from 2 different minis. The car I bought has a 30 day warranty, they offer a extended warrenty and gap insurance as well. Alex was professional, an excellent read on people. He worked with me and my budget, and honestly I'm sorry I wasted my time anywhere else. I recommend any one who wants a used car, to check out easyauto, the cars were high quality, well maintained and everyone in there was friendly and welcoming.
