I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Great customer service, smooth and easy buying process, good help and detailed explanations. No pressure on the sale whatsoever. I gotta name drop here too, work with Corey Reno, the salesman’s is legitamitely honest, candid and very helpful/insightful. Would definitely buy from here again.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We called Suntrup Ford Westport and told them what we were looking for and they found us the exact car we wanted within 24 hours. Paperwork was fast and painless. Salesman sat with us for 30 minutes in the car explaining in detail all of the Technology and Equipment.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Had a great experience walked in after finding out are car was gonna be totaled and found a Blazer that was perfect for my wife and I. Matt Shea was our salesman and he was very helpful strongly recommend him, he showed us all the vehicles we were thinking about and explained all the features. I had been procrastinating going to a car dealership for a while now because the process always takes SO long. I knew I would have to block out a whole day and I just kept putting it off over and over. Finally, I stopped in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon to look at a used Jeep Renegade and, unfortunately it was already sold. However, I ended up looking at some new Jeep Renegades, fell in love, and the rest is history! First off, from the moment I started looking around, Jerry was awesome! He promptly came out and greeted me and we discussed my needs. After showing me some cars and discussing some options with me, I finally took the Renegade for a test drive. We were chatting so much I almost forgot we were on a test drive! Jerry is great people! Once I decided I was interested, we went over some numbers and Jerry and the whole team kept me exactly in line with what I asked for from monthly payment to interest rate. I could not have been more impressed. Did I mention this entire process only took 3 hours!? 3 hours and I drove away with my beautiful new Jeep. This truly was the perfect car buying experience and I can't say thanks enough y'all!

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
