Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

The entire experience was pleasant. Jeff was knowledgeable and informative. I explained that I had been looking at a certain vehicle on line with a special discount price. He went above and beyond to find said vehicle and honor the price. There was no high pressure sale nonsense . He met every special request that we we looking for without any hesitancy. I requested to test drive two of the same vehicle that it appeared the only difference was color, but I would not have purchased the first one I drove because of the way it felt driving. Jeff explained the second vehicle had different tires and that was why I liked the smoothness of the ride. He also pointed out the android auto that would allow me to have navigation. When I expressed the desire for heated seats he made it happen. The finance portion was just as smooth. He helped us make the decision regarding extended warranty. I didn't want to increase my payment, but he explained I am investing in the future; repairs are increasly costly and just continuing to increase. I was confident I made the right decision. I have purchased many vehicles in my 67 years, but this was the easiest and most pleasant experience I ever had. I am anticipating the heated seat installation and floor mats will go as smoothly as the rest of our experience.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
