Hannah was amazing we originaly went in to have a recall done on my Fiancees Jeep and we decided to look around and after looking for a little while we found one she wanted to test drive and we were looking for someone and Hannah asked if we had been helped yet and she proceeded to help us we eneded up buyimg the Durango she test drove and her daughter was with and she looked at a car also again Hannah helped her also and she ended up buying a vehicle also So then it was my turn i ended up buying a brand new Jeep Renigade Hannah was so helpfull to all 3 of us and she is so knowledgeable and friendly Hannah went above and beyond to help us all find vehicles that met our needs i will definetly. First thought - who doesn't like Bacon?! That intrigued me to view the inventory, as I have been in the hunt for a very specific type of pickup truck for about a year. Found what I needed, called, and Jake let me know it was still available. All in one day, test drove, got my check for financing from my bank, and drove it home. It is exactly what I've been needing and looking for. Jake was very nice and helpful every step of the way. And very patient while I got my son's car seat strapped in for the test drive. He made the paperwork easy, and worked with my credit union on document exchanges for my financing. When I got home with the truck, I noticed that I only had 1 of the 2 fobs. I contacted Jake, and he was so sweet and kind enough to email me the other fob. It's been a couple weeks, and I am in love with this truck. Again, it is everything I needed, was super clean and in immaculate condition when purchased. I was also provided with the full Carfax and history report right away. I would recommend Bacon's Motors 100%! They were great and I finally found my needle in a haystack, for the price range I was looking in (very considerate on the prices of their vehicles); there was no negotiation necessary. They may be small, but they are super nice, and patient. Jake was even willing to wait after closing time for me to finalize the paperwork and pick up my truck to bring home. SHOP HERE!!!

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

After getting the car home, I had a small issue with it and Nick( sales manager) went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate both of them. I would definitely shop there again!

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

The entire process went well, no issues, and very pleasant staff. All questions were answered and the pricing was very fair. Would certainly return for next automobile purchase.
