This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

Top of the line luxury vehicle. great a/c and fantastic reliability. Holds its value for years. Would recommend this car to everyone including my family members.

I think 2011 through 2014 is the same body style my car is a 2013 I absolutely love it it's never let me down I have $405,000 miles on it it has the four-cylinder which this editor found short of horsepower but I have plenty of horsepower I think to get up and go is superb with my 4 cylinder 2.4 and 6-speed automatic transmission I have topped the car out and it will go as fast as speedometer says and I enjoy the gas mileage of between 31 and 42 miles a gallon, the only thing I will say is this body style does not throw enough Heat on the passenger side so if you have kids or passengers this is not the care for you my car is a work car I drive back for it to work or anywhere else but I do not drive passengers in it in the winter I would recommend a 12-volt heater for the passenger side in the winter because of the design

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Bought V-6 model new in 2011. Only replaced the tires in 2021. Everything else is great. Wish they still made it-I would get a new one.

I bought my 200S for 11K back in 2017. I may have overpaid, but I got a warranty and the mileage was just under 55000. As a 17 year old, I was so happy with this car. It was a V6, had 283 horsepower, sadly was fwd, but none the less a fun daily driver with a leather and suede interior. Although the materials for Chrysler are known to not be the greatest, I was impressed by the styling and quality of the interior. I have had it for 3 years now and it has served me well until we come to reliability. The only issues I had were with the transmission. At 77000 miles I had to get a new transmission. Why you might ask? The car would jump forward at random times when downshifting (know that this is an automatic transmission). Eventually it got to a point that It would even stall if I tried to pull away from a stop sign or light on a incline or decline. This was also a factor of the fuel filter system having problems giving the engine enough fuel. Anyways I had it get inspected and had to leave it at the dealer for over a week. They eventually had it occur and opened her up. "Catastrophic failure of the transmission" was the mechanic's diagnosis. So I recommend this car as a great looking and driving car until you get to the transmission. If you get this car, I highly recommend a warranty that will cover a transmission change. I was lucky enough to spend 50 dollars instead of 2000-3000 for the new transmission. Afterwards few issues ever occurred but be sure to keep your fuel filter in check!!

I just bought a used 2012. It has all the options offered for that year. I am am very pleased with it. It is lust like new with 140,000 miles. It drives and handles like a brand new car.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

ALL THIS CAR NEEDS IS A LITTLE TENDER LOVE CARE, I TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF THE CAR OIL CHANGED EVERY 2000 MILES AND IS IN GOOD VERY MECHANICAL RUNNING CONDITION ONLY 127.950 EASY MILEAGE. I WILL SAY THE FRONT BREAK PADS NEED TO BE REPLACED WAS PRICED AT $40.00 IF MY HUSBAND DID IT BUT TO TO SICKNESS HE NO LONGER CAN BEND, THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE IS FLAT, BUT I THINK ITS FROM SITTING IN THE CAR PORT SO LONG BECAUSE IT WAS FINE BEFORE. THE CAR HASN'T BEEN CLEANED IN OVER TWO MONTHS, I WAS HOPING I WOULD BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE BUT DO TO BACK SURGERY I CAN NO LONGER TAKE THE CHANCE. I'M GOING TO BE VERY SAID TO SEE IT GO BUT WHEN THE TIME COMES THE MAN UPSTAIRS SAYS THAT'S ENOUGH. THIS PRICE IS A STEAL BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THE CAR IS GREAT MECHANICAL CONDITION DON'T LOOSE OUT ON THIS DEAL.. MY HUSBAND WILL HANDLE THE SALE DON'T HESITATE CALL SOON IT SHOULD GO FAST.THERE ARE LITTLE DENTS BUT FOR A 2005 YOU GOT A GREAT CAR..

I was actually shopping for a used car and left with a brand new 2020! My first time buying a brand new vehicle. I worked with Brenda and Mike. The were fast and no fooling around at all. Very attentive to my needs and the payment I could afford. I have already recommended them to a co worker.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

This van is perfect for hauling our three kids and two dogs around. The stow and go is very handy for our active lifestyle. We are particularly excited about being able to haul bicycles inside the van. There is a thrumming sound which we believe to be coming from the rear breaks that we are going to have checked out. We love our new (to us) van!

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

The Chrysler 200 convertible drives & handles very well. It’s fast and top of the line. Very well maintained & it looks great. It has all the amenities I could ask for except a back up camera and remote start...it even has a feature to program for my garage door opener and not to mention the mileage was low.

3rd Chrysler 300. Hugs the road at good speeds. Pleasure to own. Holds it's value. Would recommend Make it a great day and God Bless
