I have owned my pony for 4 years now. The only repair I had was a fuel pump 2 years ago. Every little button still works, it is fast(but not superfast yet) and it looks soooo cool! The main reason I went with this Mustang over a Vette, is it is way easier to get in and out of for an older guy. It has all the standard amenities you could want. And did I mention how cool you look in a red Pony convertible when you squawk the tires???

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).

First time buying a car can be a nerve racking experience which was the case for me. However the people at Real Deal Cars were super friendly and relatable and made the whole experience easy! Ahmad and Moe were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable! Also walked away with a great car and a good experience! I've got $1,800 more on trade in here. Carmax and Infiniti of bellevue offered about $9k but ended up getting $11k. I'm beyond happy with the whole transaction

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!

Once in Crystal was wonderful about going over all of the features of our new Outback. In financing, Tony was so friendly and got us through our paperwork quickly. This was my 5th BMW but my first 6 Series and clearly the most fun car I have ever owned. I bought my 2007 650 Convertible pre-owned (1 previous owner) with 19K miles in 2010. Here I am over 13 years later and at 225K miles (yes, you are reading that right)... and still in love. I have taken very good care of it and did do an engine replacement a few years ago at 180K miles with a preowned engine because of the smoke exhaust, but was well worth it because I was not nearly ready to let this car go. At the time I believed that was either going to end up being the worst decision I have ever made...or the best. Feeling good about that $8K right now because the car is truly a joy to drive and rides like new. One caution: the run flat tires are VERY fragile and VERY expensive (over $500 per tire). If you are buying this car from a dealer I highly recommend purchasing the BMW wheel and tire warranty program or plan on replacing those tires with a quality non-run flat tire. Magnificent styling with great lines and a quality ride. Have fun!

Things I look for when I'm purchasing a car: 1) Integrity of dealership and salespeople 2) Quality of car 3) Price, Price, Price I recently bought a BMW 550i from Complete Automotive. I was very specific in color combination, options and mileage I was looking for. I literally searched all over the country. But I kept finding myself going back to the BMW at Complete. The salespeople were very knowledgeable, and instead of trying to pressure me into a quick deal, they made a point of getting to know me and understanding what I was trying to accomplish. There are plenty of good reasons to be wary of car dealers. Let's just say many play into the stereotype of sleazy, greasy, pushy creeps. Complete Automotive couldn't be farther from that stereotype. If every business could run like this, the world would be a better place.

From comfort to speed, style and everything in-between this car has it. Super fun to drive and the interior is luxurious to say the least. The 3.0l single twin scroll turbo motor puts down plenty of power this car goes.

I just bought this 2008 Mercedes Benz CLK350 Cabriolet at an auction here in Canada last year and knew it had to have a bit of work done. So I found an excellent mechanical shop and they went over it from bumper to bumper. I put high end Michelin tires on it and it is the most comfortable best handling car I’ve ever owned. The stereo is concert ready unbelievable sound, especially when I have a cd in the six cd stacker. Love the rain sensitive windshield and the great gas mileage. I’ve been on three fairly long trips approximately 3000 kms each and the car handled really well and ran extremely smoothly. I did put high end synthetic German made oil in it and it made a huge difference in the performance of the engine. It has 175000 klm on her or 100000 miles still lots of life in her. Bottom line after all was said and done i ended up paying around $12000. ,Which included a full detail of the car, Canadian dollars which is about a $5000. In savings up here. Don’t forget my friendly neighbours the Canadian dollars is worth approximately 35 to 40% less than the American dollar.

This is my second Miata (first was a 1990), and I love it so much! Retractable hardtop roof is SO convenient!! Love the manual 6 speed for all the pep, and gas mileage is exceptional. I would consider a new one if the traditional, bright red paint and retractable hard top were both available. Since they're not, I'll stick with what I've got and enjoy it many more years!

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

Love driving this fun car. Maintenance has been an issue and will probably only get worse... Item: Like most modern cars, there are no grease points in the suspension. So when the little rubber boots that cover the joints rot away, there's no way to lubricate the suspension, and the parts start to grind against each other. Out $4k to replace the front and rear suspension. Had them do the struts too since they had to take everything else out. Item: Many parts no longer available. The accelerator pedal switches failed. No Ford or aftermarket replacement to be found. Good news: found one at a salvage yard. Bad news: it's the same age as the one it replaced. Item: Crack in the windshield? Stay away from any chain that rhymes with "Chafe-Bite." Replacing the windshield means removing the frame. Very few of their techs are trained on how to do this.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

I purchased my 1999 Celica GT with 95,000 miles a few years ago. For a 99 this car is amazingly reliable. I do have a parisidic battery drain that kills the battery if it sets longer than 2 weeks but I'm also sure it's an easy fix if I stopped being lazy. I had to have the AC recharged and the valve cover gaskets replaced due to leaking oil. I think it comes with an old car. Other than this I don't think I had a more reliable car from starting driving until now in my 40s. I wish there were more aftermarket parts but you can still always find what you need if something small needs replaced. With the manual transmission I love driving the car even if it's not fast it's still fun to drive. On top of all that they are not a desirable car so you can get one for cheap and it's very easy to work on. I would definitely recommend this car.

My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I've dreamed of owning a 911 Turbo since I was in my teens. I'm now 63 years old and don't need to drive 150mph anymore. Last year my wife and I decided to look for a convertible to recapture the days of when we first started dating in 1987 when she had a 1982 Fiat Spyder 2000 convertible. We traded that in 2004 on a BMW 330Xi. We had a pretty sweet deal lined up on a 2008 BMW Z4 until the day before we went to pick it up and found out the dealer sold it from under us. What could have really sucked turned into a golden opportunity: we chanced upon a 2001 Boxster S with 59,000 original miles. We have not regretted the decision one bit. Yes, the ergonomics are somewhat dated compared to today and it's not the latest and greatest technology, but we bought it to drive, not to be distracted with all sorts of gizmos. (I'm employed as a Sales representative at a local Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Dealer for over 35 years. I'm exposed to all the technology). This little Bavarian bomber is an absolute blast to drive; comfortable, quick, sticks to the road like burnt eggs to a cast iron frying pan, and turns heads everywhere. It's capable of 160+ mph, but the right road at 55 mph brings grins all the time. We just went for a weekend trip with it and had no problem with room for our luggage, a tote bag, and a small soft-sided cooler. And as an added bonus, we took it through the famed Hawk's Nest Highway on Route 97 north of Port Jervis, NY. Wonderful to drive, comfortable even after a couple hours, fuel-efficient (except when I play with the Tiptronic on a twisty road), and so far, dead-bolt reliable. So I didn't get my 911 Turbo; the Boxster S is a more than welcome consolation prize. You owe it to yourself. P.S- My wife drives it more than I do!

Repair was done while I waited. I was saved an extra trip because the part was in stock. I appreciated the extra time to fix my door handle while I waited.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.
