Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. When on the lookout for a 1986-1987 xj6, I came across 2004 xk8 convertible, black on black 55k miles, rust-proofed, from Florida. Selling for $10k, the price was competitive w/the older xj6, but newer. (That’s good & bad.) I bought for $9k! + $1,100 enclosed shipping (@2700 mi.) The looks hints at Maserati, BMW, other Brit autos. The GOOD: Engine Performance, Speed, smooth, tight, true pin point, handling, has the looks, comfortable ride, LOVES going 90 mph on highway, no gasket or other leaks. The BAD: ‘O2 sensors’, other sensors (engine coolant sensor, engine sensor) Seems there’s always a bad sensor turning up, cd player in trunk not working, parts usually expense - ONE 10” alum. tube to a/c $235 new. Conv. Roof & rear windows not operating (cleaning contacts under the roof operation button under J-Gate fixed that. Soda, dirt, dust gets in from the shift slots.) Two mechanics couldn't figure it out. An Auto/boat Upholstery shop cured the riddle.), a/c quit at 60k mi., repaid will run @ total $900 four parts, 4 hrs. labor, Freon. Waiting for parts to arrive, I took a quick 1.5 hr. jaunt to the Poconos to see a couple bands, Fri. & Sat. No a/c in June, I lowered the windows, all was well, arrive at hotel, go to put up windows, I was dismayed rear windows were still down… and STILL down tight now. This is the 2nd time in 3 yrs. this occurred. I don’t drive the car that much, no winters. So, reoccurring bad O2 /sensors, rear windows again, a/c problems is said to be normal. The xk8 uses a LOT of battery. It has a large battery. Ez for one to die, $160 new. I love the car, but if another repair comes SOON, I may have to let her go. (I NEVER had these episodes, problems with the ‘86 xj6.)

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

I have had 3 Boxster s over the years and this one for over 10. Loved every minute driving it. Great pick up and handling plus two trunks to allow for hauling things. A real head turner. Just need to maintain it for it to keep running well. I'm only selling mine cause we moved down a dirt road and its too rutted for a sports car. I got it for a great price, so letting it go for thousands less than it's blue book.

The S2000 speaks for itself in terms of performance and reliability. I have owned my S2000 for over 5 years now and the only thing I have changed is brakes, tires and a battery. It’s no wonder this car still gets compared to modern day cars in its class and manages to keep up with the big boys in every turn. I wished the day of selling mine never came but currently have put it on the market for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have!

I have a 2006 Eclipse GT and love it, but it's near the end of its life so I wanted another. I got this 2009 with 80,000 miles. Fantastic car, great acceleration. Supposedly it was "Certified", but in my test drive I noticed the A/C light wouldn't stay on. I asked the dealer to fix it. He said A/C worked, but light did not. That's wrong. Module was bad. Worse, Mitsubishi discontinued and offered no solution, so I had to get one from a junk yard. Also, Right Rear Strut was improperly installed (dealer's fault, not car), and after a few months the left rear strut was also bad. Not the worst thing that can happen, but it's loud when I hit bumps. Anyway, the exterior design is dated, but the 3.8L engine is still terrific (accelerates very well off the light, even though this car weight 2 tons). That's the primary reason I bought a second one. They discontinued the GT about 10 years ago, but you can get them dirt cheap, however do NOT buy one of the ones with the smaller engines, they have no acceleration and there is no reason to get one. Oh, another thing. My 2006 is orange. Great color, but notorious for having the clear coat peel and bubble (skin disease). It costs over $5k to get it repainted with the same dealer color, and $2,500 to get it painted a stock color, so beware of the orange Eclipses.

Generally people start out by saying they are expensive to maintain, just don't go to the dealership. In every City there is someone who specializes in BMW older models. 2500 miles is oil change time, not 5000 miles like dealership will tell you. I strongly believe the reason they tell you that is something will go wrong and you will be right back in there to fix a $3000 repair that normally would cost you $75 elsewhere, As this happened to me. At 100,000 miles, whether it needs it or not, REPLACE "VISA VALVE". This part sits on the side of the motor right at the oil stick. There's a light rattle sometimes when I start the car, then goes away. When it got bad enough, check engine light came on, it stopped in its tracks. It took my son one minute to take off 3 screws and replace. The part was $59.00 on Amazon! Dealership wanted $500 for the part and $300 to put it on. Car is good as new.

I chose a used boxster after spending several years reviewing every roadster out there. Everyone you can think of. This car was designed by a genius Harm Lagaay. This is the car that saved Porsche. I know why, design, engineering, fun, performance, reliabilty, every adjective you can tell how great a roadster is doesn't describe how you feel when you drive this car. It is an absolute work of art. Best sports car I ever owned.
