I should give a little background of my perspective. I am a quazi-audiophile that listens to many styles of music but Jazz is my primary go to music. I like a car that's not too noisy/loud but has a nice more subdued exhaust note and suspension that's not overly firm. You might say I'm a sporty GT kind of guy. I've owned Mercedes and BMW coupes and have test driven Porsches, Jaguars, the Genesis G70, Infinitis, Hyundai Veloster N, Alfa Romeos, Vettes, the new Mazda MX-5, and of course the new BMWs & Mercedes. To my eye there's a simple yet sporty and sophisticated design ethos to the 2019 Audi TT Coupe. It's one of the more "timeless" designs on the market today and Audi has done a great job with it's current revision of the TT. THE INTERIOR: I think the interior became the benchmark in 2016 in its class by integrating Audi's Virtual Cockpit with an all digital display allowing full integration of Google maps and by incorporating the HVAC controls into the turbine style air vents. For 2019 Audi includes Audi's Phone Box that hides large cell phones, can connect with compatible phones automatically with NFC wireless connectivity and connects to Audi's car antennae to boost your phone's signal! The Bang and Olufsen 680 watt 12 speaker 14 Channel Sound System does a respectable and should satisfy most listeners with the exception of those who demand over accentuated bass. I'm 5'7" and stocky and found the cabin for a sports car to be relatively easy to ingress and egress. The steering wheel had a lot of extension to it and the although the seats in the S-Line Competition package opted TT were confortable, with my 250lb frame with thick football player thighs, I thought that anyone larger than me might feel the seat bottom bolsters just a little too snug but I didn't drive a TT without these sport seats. Everything was ergonomically good with 2 exceptions. 1. The 2nd cup holder was under the armrest which is not overly large to begin with and set a little further back than most. 2. I thing the back button location should be switched with the menu button so that your thumb can be used for the back button. It would be nice if Audi could do an optional glass roof like the one in the Mercedes SLC which uses a switch that disperses magnetic particles sandwiched between 2 layers of glass to let light in. The 22 cu. ft. of available luggage space with the rear seats down sets the TT apart from its direct competitors. The back seat is strictly for children or stowing things. RIDE & PERFORMANCE: The 2016 Audi TT Coupe reached 0-60 mph in 5.2 s and a lateral acceleration of .98 g in Car and Driver's testing. Using the newly introduced for 2019 7-speed dual clutch transmission, it wouldn't surprise me if the 0-60 mph time goes down. The car is very quick and accurate and although doesn't have the heft that "track people" probably prefer, I liked it very much and feel that most "luxury sporty car" drivers will like it too. I preferred the car in the individual mode with all settings in dynamic but the exhaust in and suspension both in comfort. With this set up, the car was sporty, quick enough for my taste, allowed me to enjoy my music, and not beat me up like a corvette. It feels and sounds more refined and sophisticated in this set up compared to a Porsche Cayman. I'm just not a fan of the current Cayman's 4 cyl. exhaust note. NIGHT DRIVING: With the TT's Quattro AWD, Jazz playing on the Bang & Olufsen audio system, the TT's individual settings set to my above liking, the soft white LED ambient light strips along the door panels and center stack, along with the soft white glow mood lighting in the foot wells, selecting the sport mode tachometer view with digital MPH in the center, created a wonderfully unique sophisticated night time test driving experience that I shall always remember. I think that's perhaps the highest praise that I can give the 2019 Audi TT with the S-Line Competition Package!

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

This car meets all my needs and then some. Lots of bells and whistles. I feel safe in this car. Very comfortable front and back seats. Wind shield is panoramic.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. There is somewhat of a blind spot. I am having great difficulty making right turns or parking this car when I can’t see all the lines on the space. I’m a short statuted person so raising the seat more doesn’t seem to be an option.

On December 10th, 2024, I purchased a red 2015 Corvette Stingray Convertible 3LT from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia. I have purchased 26 new and used cars in my life, and I have to say this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. My first car was a new 1980 Corvette, and I evolved into planning for my last car to be a red corvette convertible. After much research, lots of shopping, and numerous test drives, I found this car listed on-line at Country Chevrolet at a listed price in the range I was looking for. I called and set up a test Drive for the wife and me. We drove up to the dealership and noticed one or two folks outside who immediately said hi, welcomed us to the dealership and went to get the salesman for our test drive. The environment at this dealership was more welcoming than any Chevy dealership I had ever been to. When Kirk Hughes, our sales consultant introduced himself, we could clearly see we had found at great person to work with. Kirk is friendly, professional, and an absolute expert in corvettes and cars in general. Kirk is by far one of the best salesmen I have ever met. I consider myself a car person, as I enjoy buying, selling and talking about cars. I also perform much of the simple maintenance tasks like changing fluids, brakes and normal maintenance items. Kirk is truly knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. After being at the dealership for a bit, I bumped into Kevin Bearce, another sales consultant and person we knew. He is another unbelievable friendly professional and a true joy to talk to. With sales folks like Kirk and Kevin, I would recommend Country Chevrolet to any and everyone, as they clearly only hire the best of the best. Kirk had three surprise visits by existing customers during our time shopping, and Kevin jumped in without skipping a beat, to assist in what turned out to be our purchase of the corvette. The finance consultant, J. C. Welch, quickly assisted in finalizing the sale at a price I considered fair. He too was friendly and professional in all. My whole experience at Country Chevrolet was completely different than my previous experiences buying cars. The atmosphere and attitude of the people was friendly, upbeat and caring. This tells me that the management and ownership of this dealership sets high standards for their people, and the result is great buying experience for a customer like me. The fun-to-dollar ratio is off the charts with the second-generation BRZ. The car offers tremendous handling, adequate power (a welcome upgrade from the first generation), great looks and quality fit and finish. I have the Limited edition with the upgraded interior and the seats are quite comfortable and the car is well set up for spirited driving. At this price point you aren't going to get a truly luxury interior, but the quality, appearance and comfort (but only for the front seat passengers!) that come with this car provide great value for the money. The rear seat is only suitable for carrying groceries, packages or small children. They are practically useless for holding adult passengers. Other quibbles are that the drink holders in the center console are in an awkward position and the sound system is really poor. If listening to music is an integral part of your driving experience, you will want to install an after-market system. Overall, however, this car is a home run. The driving experience takes me back to the days of the old British sports cars, but with massively improved performance, quality, comfort and reliability.

I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. SUPRA is back on the streets! This car makes great power, is really good looking. Will turn alot of heads. BMW makes great sports cars so Toyota made a good call putting the B58 in the car.Personally I prefer the car with a wing on the back really lives up to the Supra name.

I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. I have owned this car 2008 smart for 3 years and it work great some minor issues like engine light that was just gas cap and heater whlch i removed and cleaned. i live where it is cold and it will start in really cold weather most of the time. Got good tires and winter driving is good. With more attention this car would sell better in canada and states. would not part with it .

My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.
