My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. Ford had delayed shipping a part for my 2025 Explorer by 5 weeks. That does not include the wait time to get the problem diagnosed. Einspahr service arranged for the repair quickly after the part arrived. The normal wait is 7-14 days for repair appointments.
