He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again. We went to Feldman of highland to look for a use Traverse that would meet our our needs. Kirk in sales met us outside and asked if he could us, he did. Two days later he called us and told us about a beautiful Traverse 2022 that just came in as a lease turn in. That next day we signed papers for the Traverse.
