This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Came in to test drive two cars found on the internet, both were sold before I could get there. I was notified before I came about the the one car being sold and discovered the other was sold when I got there. I worked with Scott to explore what are the other options that were within my tight budget and still met my other criteria. Scott and his co-workers were very patient while I test drove multiple cars and was checking reviews of individual vehicles. I did ultimately purchase a used vehicle and no issues thus far in the 300 miles the car has been driven since the purchase. In the waiting area on the sales floor recommend adding multiple USB ports for charging devices, especially for those shopping with kids.

I bought a brand new Ram 1500 Warlock from a different dealership 3 weeks ago and the check engine light came on. After being shooed away and essentially given a “not our problem” response, Robert’s welcomed me with open arms. I cannot remember her name, but the service woman was fantastic. She told me they could do a quick diagnostic test even though they didn’t have any service openings. The problem was identified as a simple EVAP leak and She told me that it was a quick 15 minute fix and they’ll take care of it. This is ALL I wanted from my other dealership. Robert’s just gained a new customer in the future for this superb service.

After an accident he assisted me through the paperwork, spoke up on the disparately of the quote by the insurance assessment versus the reality of the hours and parts needed to return my vehicle to its original state. I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6. I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem. When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.
