This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!

Kier Bayala was my service adviser on 4/26/2025. He went above and beyond to take care of my service needs for my vehicle, despite being short staffed and overwhelmed with the morning rush of cars entering the establishment for service. Kudos !

Didn't purchase my 2025 grand cherokee here, but was here yesterday for my 1st oil change. The service I received was professional and friendly. No issues at all. The gentleman who was in the service lot directing the cars was friendly as well! The service advisor Chelsea was professional and friendly too!

It was a pleasure visiting the service department. i have been there 5 times including when i first purchased my jeep Cherokee. I was greeted by the famous invigorating smile of Mr. Day who is always a pleasure. Jordanny attended to my needs and he was excellent getting my car serviced. I’ve always dreaded going to dealerships; expecting to spend my whole day being pressured into buying something that I “give in” to so the salesperson shuts up and usually more than I wanted monthly payments to be (lessons learned). My experience yesterday was the complete opposite! My salesman Rob Mosen-super awesome! Honest, real, down to earth. He has the perfect balance of businessman and advisor and I definitely recommend him to everyone. Matt and Ron were awesome too, very personable. The whole atmosphere is comforting. Kind of makes you want to go and just hang out with them all day. Needless to say, I left with a new jeep. Thank you everyone!!

Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.

One of the best dealerships I have been to hands down. Beautiful facility but most importantly from start to finish an excellent experience. They provide a world class customer experience so attentive and answers to all your questions. Made the process so simple and easy ⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend that entire team over at Brooklyn Ram. Jimmy and everyone at the location were genuine, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as easy as can be. Found a car online, confirmed it was there, scheduled a test drive, and even though they were extremely busy and I had to wait a little bit, they made sure to let me know I was a priority and it was about me, not just a sale.

This place is absolutly awesome. At first I was hesitant to go to brooklyn for a car. I live on Long Island and we all know how that Belt Parkway can be. I spoke to Leah several times by text. After going from dealership to dealership I was exhausted with the games they were playing. She assured me we would work out a deal and I would go home with a car that day. I also had a trade in that the other dealers were beating me up on( Make sure when you trade your car in they give you trade in value not wholesale value) Several dealers tried that game on me, not Brooklyn Dodge. I walked in we spoke for about 30 minutes and the manager Steve along Leah carved out the perfect deal. Traded my car in for a fair price, drove home with my beautiful 2025 Frostbite Blue Durango RT Plus. Respectful, treated me and my son as gentlemen. If you want a great deal on a car/ Truck this is definitely the place to go. 5 STARS 👍👍👍👍👍

Never thought I could say this, but I actually had a great car buying experience. Piero and Jeremy were professional, patiently answered all my questions and kept the process light and stress free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking at buying a car.
