Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. de an appointment at Central Ave Chrysler I was late for my appointment and they still allowed me to bring my car in for service. When I arrived 30mins late my car was taken immediately I was seen by Alex Veras in the service department he told me it would be an hour for my car to be ready. Came back in an hour my car was ready and Alex told me there was a problem with my tire and they fixed it with no problems for me Because he always focus on breaks and tires is something he takes seriously. Alex was a great help for me today and always make sure my car is good for when I get back on the road.
