Great shopping experience for a truck was treated fairly and respectfully. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. R/T Blacktop Edition, had wheels chrome anodized as part of deal. Incredible pep and still I have life-of-car mpg of almost 19mpg! Infotainment system rated as the most intuitive on the market. THAT is true! Approaching 30k miles and so far only in last month one problem. Water pump sprung tiny leak. In 2017 dealers offered LIFETIME warranty for entire drivetrain plus some. YEP! They replaced it and it cost me ZERO. DEALERSHIP that did work told me NEVER sell this car! Someone that has a business bought an entire fleet and have had engines replaced after 500,000 miles! Free! Captains seats and console in second row, sunroof, towing package, BEATS stereo kicks a$$ !!! Air conditioners for front and rear. Plenty of cargo room convertible to (2) more seats if necessary for short trips or smaller people. USB ports and electrical plugs everywhere! Sport Mode, Paddle shifters, tons of goodies. Don’t get one with Auto-Stop though. Dealer said I made the right choice not ordering that. He said people hate it. Mine has the “turn-knob” shifter that was a downer at first. Didn’t think I’d EVER get used to that! But I did and it is so much less of a pain because it is so flat and doesn’t stick up in your way. Plenty of cup-holders, pockets on doors, etc. Car has a wonderful and SOLID feel. No squeaks or rattles at all. Love the options with the dashboard instruments too. Yes. This car will stay with me a VERY LONG TIME.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

Plenty of room and style my 2 youngest children enjoy the 3rd seat. Plenty of room for 2nd row. Small cargo area behind 3rd row. However it is big enough for groceries.

This vehicle is spacious which is what I needed for my children & for when I sometimes DJ on the side & take them with me, the seats are extremely comfortable & it rides like a new car, my Family & I love this vehichle!

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.
