Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. I finally heard about Hertz Car Sales through a youtube video of someone saying the pros and cons of buying through rental car companies and they mentioned Hertz Car Sales has the best deals you can find. We went to the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance website and found the cars we liked at a reasonable price below what other dealers and private parties are selling them for. Apparently Hertz sales their cars significantly cheaper than what Kelly Blue Book lists them as. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. Overall I want to thank Tammy Watkins and the rest of the Hertz Car Sales - Torrance team that helped our family buy 2 cars in the same week. I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car. I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan). The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Very roomy and comfortable. 2 teenagers fit in the third row no problem. Smooth ride and good on gas for an SUV. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Plenty of room and style my 2 youngest children enjoy the 3rd seat. Plenty of room for 2nd row. Small cargo area behind 3rd row. However it is big enough for groceries.

Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.
