When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Philip was the absolute best, would come in at whatever time to ensure your questions or concerns about a car were met and answered. I recommend this dealership to all that are out there looking for a used car. These guys will go above and beyond to satisfy the deal to ensure the customer is happy.
My wife and I stopped by to check the new inventory of GMC trucks and saw a 2018 Sierra that was what we were interested in and spoke with David French who showed us the truck. After a test drive we returned with our truck that we were interested in trading in for the 2018 GMC and had ask them to make us an offer. Within minutes we reached a fair and reasonable offer. Our experience with David and the entire Vann York group was fair, fast and professional.
The best car buying experience I’ve had. Randolph was no-nonsense, not pushy, and did everything I asked. He even filled the truck’s tank- twice: Once when I took it home, again when I brought it back in for requested work. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Randolph!
I call for an appointment on 29th knows met by your salesperson by the name of David Maxson. He brought us into his area and began working on our requests for a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. He was friendly, kind and very talkative which was enjoyed.
This dealership and the people are great. We purchased a truck in Jan 2018 and today we just purchased another vehicle. We drove 2 1/2 hours. Our salesman is really great. I highly recommend this dealership.
I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDi which I first saw on Ebay. I live out of state and had this car shipped to me. It was EXACTLY as described and has ZERO issues. Chris A & Ana did everything I asked for before and even after my purchase. I asked for a few specific tasks to be completed after the purchase and Ana did an awesome job at getting things done. Communication was awesome and most importantly the car is too. I got the car serviced and checked at the VW dealer and they found the car to be perfect as well. Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.
I’ve been looking for a Dodge Durango for several months and it has been years since I purchased a dealer. Dealers locally and outside of Raleigh made me feel ast though they did not want my business. We drove about 2hrs and after being shunned by yet another dealership in Kernersville, we discovered this dealership. My only regret in my two months of searching...I didn’t come here first. From speaking with Robert Via in selling the vehicle, to Gwathney Leak, Jr., making sure I had a clear understanding of the process, they took the pressure and anxiety out of buying a car. Simply a great experience and everyone was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy and I was given plenty of time to review all options. I visited all the local jeep dealers and was treated the best here. The manager AJ is a honest person and in the business for the right reasons.
