I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.

He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. We had an appt. at 9:45 and were told it would take 4 hours. Someone was there waiting for us as we drove up and directed us to the lounge and said Tony would be there shortly. He soon arrived, and we got signed up. At precisely 1:45 Tony appeared at the lounge and said "it's all done." Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, and the facilities are wonderful. There are lots of magazines in the lounge as well as coffee. Tony noticed the fuel filter hadn't been changed in a long time, so we appreciated his telling us and also had that done.
