This vehicle is perfect for the growing family and the price! The 2019 has the third row seats and plenty of head and leg room for adults.

I sent an inquire for a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with great mileage and price and Jamie got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Once at Zeck, Jamie introduced me to Cliff who help me sign the paperwork to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and assisted me during the rest of the transaction. Cliff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process and worked with management to get a couple of issues resolved on the car before completing the transaction. Since the price was best in hundreds of miles a and they took care of issues discovered during the pre purchase inspection, no need to haggle. Financing was very smooth too. I came in with pre-approved financing and Zeck found a lower rate. As expected the finance person (unluckily don't remember the name) presented me with extended warranty options but was not too pushy when I refused them. The whole process took just around 3 hours: fastest used car purchase yet in my experience! Would definitely recommend Zeck!

As an out of state customer we couldn't have asked for better service. After a recent accident that totaled our previously owned F450 we were specifically looking for a replacement F450 truck. With the help of our insurance company we found one at Zeck Ford. Corey Leintz at Zeck Ford went out of his way to answer all of our questions via long distance through phone calls and e-mails even going so far as taking a video of every area of the truck inside and out. Once we arrived at Zeck Ford which was a 4 1/2 hour drive from our home, Nino Williams greeted us at the with a smile and a hand shake. I have been buying cars for my whole family from this dealership for over 15 years. They are exceptional! I have always been happy, and on the rare occasion we have a minor hiccup, it is addressed quickly and fairly. I have also used their body shop, with USAA insurance repairs, and their work is top notch. I use the service department for oil changes, as well as repairs, even on non-Ford brand cars. I am now a three Ford family - Explorer, Edge and Focus. Their pricing is "no-haggle", but for a reason. Their margins are low, and anytime you do an internet search for vehicles, theirs will come up at the top of the list for low price, and are great value. They are very fair on trade in values. If you need a vehicle, make SURE you check here first, and last. Finally, I have been buying cars from two of their salesmen (they are non-commisisoned). Fran Weis sold me cars before he worked there, and now is my favorite guy. He's there to help you find what you need, not what is "hot". Rick Mears sold me the Explorer, and steered me there to a great deal on a Ford "buyback". There had been some issues with the NAV system, so Ford had to buy it back under lemon law, fix the system, and resell. I got it for 2/3 original MSRP one year old with 13K miles. It is my second favorite vehicle I have ever owned, after a Nissan 280Z I had for 13 years. These guys are awesome! I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and ease of purchasing my vehicle. They engaged me early and quickly. I contacted them around 9:30 AM and we were all but finished by 7 PM that evening, including the Carfax and 5 minute video of every detail of the vehicle. They actually pointed out the paint flaws to me in the video. The next two days were minor details and questions. The price was very fair. I had been researching this model for about 8 months prior to purchase. There was nothing to argue. It was priced exactly where it should been been. Further, they buffed and touched up the scratches rather nicely. My colleagues and friends can't believe she isn't brand new rather than 2 years old. The engine is extremely clean as is the interior. The process was almost seamless. We drove 2.5 hours from Nebraska. We were in and out within 3 hours, including the test drive. Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Allie, Nino, and Adam did a fantastic job. I would certainly purchase from them, again.

I went to contact the dealership on Sunday. When no one answered I looked online at their hours and noticed that Sunday was marked "time for family and worship", having a family of my own (single mom of 2) that meant something to me, that they know how important family is and they would try their best to take care of my little family. When I came to the dealership for my appointment with Nicole I was worried cuz I was bringing my oldest (7yr old) with me and she can be a handful when she gets bored. From the second we walked in the door everyone was making sure we were comfortable and my daughter wasn't bored. We were offered drinks, my daughter got popcorn and toys to entertain her. Everyone spoke to her like she was a person and made her feel special. While waiting on the banks Nicole bought us lunch, helped my daughter practice tying shoes on Nicole's shoes lol, and even colored with her to make the waiting fun for a child. Chosing a car was so simple and easy. I have to bring paperwork in the next day with my dad and the first thing that Nicole ask was where my daughter was cuz she was looking forward to spending more time with her. Nicole and I got to know each other personally which makes it more comfortable in working with her. She so sweet and literally worked her butt off to take care of my little family, and even came in on her day off so I could get my new car a day earlier cuz she knew how excited and impatient I am. I will recommend anyone to the dealership because they are a family. But Nicole made the best impression on my daughter and I and we won't forget her! Needs to be updated, dashboard is old, not enough USB ports, a little noisy, but Easy to handle, plenty space, kids friendly. Gas per mileage is a bit high.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

This vehicle is everything my family was looking for. It has 3rd row seats- a must for a family of 5. It's very roomy, and very comfortable. Has all the extra outlets (USB and DC ports). My children are extremely happy.

Such a quick and simple experience. I walked in wanting to test-drive a mini-van that I saw online. Dominick helped immediately- I loved the van, but then Dominick also gave us $1000 over what we expected for our trade! As a cherry on top- their financing team found us rates significantly lower than what our credit union was offering. Such a great time there- they even entertained our kids with the TV area and roaming puppy. We will be back!

My wife drove a new Journey Crossroad off the lot two years ago. Last week my Mitsubishi went kaputs after owning it 16 years. I liked my wife's Journey so much I finally got a chance to get one of my own. The V6 has alot of zip, it can tow my boat, comfortable quiet ride. Really enjoying it without any problems with either of them.

My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

We have visited few dealers before we ended up at Earl Stephen’s desk at Shawnee Mission KIA. It was already 6:00pm, and we were not sure we were going to be able to find a car for our daughter. Earl took the time to work with us, discuss all the alternatives, really understood what we were looking for and how we needed to stay within the budgeted number for her car. We ended up closing the deal late that night and Earl waited for us to complete all the paperwork. His patience and service attitude is an asset for any organization.
