This vehicle is perfect for the growing family and the price! The 2019 has the third row seats and plenty of head and leg room for adults.

Great value for the money. Great options with the 3 row seating and 4 cylinder model with great gas milage. Would recommend the Dodge journey for any mid size family.

Lorie Logsdon, Service Advisor, did a fantastic job. She made the whole experience pleasant. I felt comfortable interacting with the staff. Everyone welcomed me in and I forgot that I was a service shop and felt like I was just hanging out. I found the cost to be quite unrealistic. I was charged $85 for labor just to get my electronic key entry code reset (I did not know the code as vehicle was purchased used). I believe it shouldn't be that high for something so simple. No actual mechanical work was done. This was quite disappointed. The making of a spare key was about $25, this I can deal with. This is reasonable. Customer service was great but cost/pricing was a bit high. And for that reason, I would probably end up going elsewhere to get serviced for less. In today's world, where money isn't falling from the sky, it is hard to pay that bill - especially being a mom to 3 kids (with 2 being twins), it is hard having to give away money like that.

Great car with great power and amazing sound system, 20 miles/gallon in city driving. Flex fuel always keeps my gas price low. Overall a really nice car :)

It meets all my need. Very spacious and comfortable . Extremely excited with the truck. Family will be comfortable in the vehicle and ready for a road trip.

I bought a 2017 Tacoma with only 5,800 miles on the odometer! Truck was like new just as described. John and Rob went out of their way to answer all of my questions and I had a few to say the least! I am from Ohio and took a one way flight to Norfolk, John picked me up in the Tacoma at the airport and allowed me to drive it back to the dealer. The truck was as described and they did everything they said they would do. Great group of guys and very little B.S Would recommend to my friends

Needs to be updated, dashboard is old, not enough USB ports, a little noisy, but Easy to handle, plenty space, kids friendly. Gas per mileage is a bit high.

I would have never bought the Journey if I went by the big "consumer rating" blogs out there. My experience has been just the opposite than most of them. Good ride, comfortable roomy interior, decent fuel mileage for a 7 passenger SUV (V6 engine) reliable, easy to service. I've had 1 repair, the check engine light came on and it turned out the oil pressure sending unit was bad, reading 40psi all the time. On a recent extended trip through Oregon (about 2500 miles) I averaged 27mpg. Using synthetic oil seems to improve the fuel mileage.

I have bought my last 3 jeeps from Edward McIntosh. "Eddie Mac" has always been concerned about what I am looking for and puts in the extra time and effort to get it for me. He doesn???t try to push something I'm not looking for on me. He knows his product too! He doesn???t just sell jeeps, rattling off information and numbers he read in pamphlet , he owns them too (him and his wife). He is honest and upfront, tells you the positive and negative about any decisions you may be contemplating. I don???t just go to him to buy all my jeeps! If I have any problems with the jeep, service on the jeep, or anything about my jeep outside the sales relm, I go to Eddie Mac first! If there is red tape to be cut, he has the knowledge, contacts, and tools to do it! Just one story of many to drive his "customer care" attitude home... Last year I totalled my 2016 Jeep wrangler (June 29th, Thursday before the holiday weekend). I showed up to the dealership needing a new Jeep on Friday morning prior to my. Eddie was leaving at noon on vacation for 10 days or so. I had a jeep in mind but just wasn???t sure yet. Instead of rushing me to buy it then and there, he signed his dealer tags over to me for almost two weeks so that I could drive the Jeep and make sure it was what I wanted! Now, I have heard of overnight but never 2 weeks. He also helped me with the painful gap insurance claim that was purchased with the totalled vehicle. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

My wife drove a new Journey Crossroad off the lot two years ago. Last week my Mitsubishi went kaputs after owning it 16 years. I liked my wife's Journey so much I finally got a chance to get one of my own. The V6 has alot of zip, it can tow my boat, comfortable quiet ride. Really enjoying it without any problems with either of them.

I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from N Military Highway Southern and about 3 weeks after I noticed a weird clicking sound in the radio(speakers), the entire radio wasn't functioning and all I could hear was clicking from all the speakers, I drove to the service department where I bought the Jeep to have it checked out but there was no available date until about 2 weeks, I later decided to take the vehicle to the S Military Highway location and they were able to look at it right away, so I left it overnight. I received a call the next day from My Service Rep Paul, he outlined that there was a software update out for the radio system and it was installed and the clicking noise still did not subside, so he put in an order for a brand new radio and I may take 48 hours to 3 weeks to arrive. I stressed that the noise was very annoying and asked if there was anything that can be done to get me into a rental until the radio arrived, Mr. Paul did all he could and got me into a rental (a jeep wrangler) the very next day. Now that's service! So that's why I gave a 5 star, even though I should have never had a faulty radio in a brand new Jeep I understand that it's just a manufactural problem and it's not necessarily the dealership's fault but the way Paul handle the situation and me, the 5 star was well deserved.

2nd Journey we have owned. Loved the first one, but this one came with a third row of seats! Just in time to pick up my family from the airport!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. Sharon Tull, Saleswoman, met with me on my initial walk-in visit to review my Jeep preferences at the time and showed me what was available at the time. I continued online research to determine my initial interests were not satisfactory. She met with me later to review better options on a broader, reasonable scale and was able to introduce several very palatable SUVs, 2 of which were very attractive. I chose a newer Patriot than the one I lost in the local flood from Hurricane Mathew, 2016. I purchased a 2017 Patriot with upgrades I would not have thought to request but I am enjoying. Her assistance was swift, precise and detailed beyond my expectations. She had my 'new' Jeep gas tank filled, plates applied, and ordered new floormats. And not just the carpet matts, but the Weathergaurd, form-fitted matts for the 2 front seats. Wooh!!

This vehicle is everything my family was looking for. It has 3rd row seats- a must for a family of 5. It's very roomy, and very comfortable. Has all the extra outlets (USB and DC ports). My children are extremely happy.

Lamont Berry is the best, (professional, fair, and friendly) However, last appointment he estimated work would be done in 1 1/2 - 2 hrs but job dragged out to over 3 hrs. Not his fault but super busy day plus computer problems. Always feel confident that work was the highest quality........for the last 10 years (smile) P.S. Not that happy with waiting room.

We have 6 grandkids so we needed a car with 3 row seating. Had a Honda Pilot, good car but low miles per gallon and expensive to buy, even used. The wife loves her new Journey and it fits our needs well. Lots of value for the money, fun to drive, and so far...no problems.

I had had the diagnostic check service done prior, and it identified the problem correctly. Parts were required to be ordered so I came back on Tuesday to get the actual repair accomplished. I worked with Service Representative Lamont, who provided a great service experience. Dropped the car off at 0730, and got the call about 3 PM, that the vehicle was ready to go. On my way home, I noticed immediately that the 'check engine' indicator was off and remained so. The performance of the engine was now perfect, and all noticeable performance problems were gone (rough idle and engine miss during acceleration had been experienced for about 5000 miles prior). This was an expensive repair, but worth it since I intend to keep this Chrysler for as much as another 100,000 miles.

I wanted similar feature to my Grand Caravan, but more ground clearance. This vehicle is great with the exception of the third row having virtually no leg room. Not using it very often, I’m just glad to have the extra seats if needed.

Both the dealership personnel and the salesperson (Andre) were absolutely fantastic!! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Andre was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable about the Jeep product and was able to not only answer all of our questions but showed us also. I've purchased many cars over the past 50 years and Andre is the best salesperson that I've ever come across.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

I was looking at Journeys for a few months and I recently upgrade from a 2014 Chevy Cruze to a 2015 Dodge Journey RT. I'm in love with it. It's probably the best decision I have ever made. Yes I'm aware I only got a year newer vehicle than the one I had but my options were slim with price ranges. I wanted a 2016 or 2017 dodge journey but the price was to high and I was upside down on my Cruze. (Only had my Cruze 2 years on loan) Journey drives so smooth. And i love the interior design. This SUV is underrated by the critics. I think they should reevaluate it. It's a nice budget friendly Mid sized SUV and I love it. The gas mileage hasnt even been that bad either. Cant wait to take it to Florida.

very good car and value. it has some great storage options. very comfortable. Excellent gas mileage. when using satellite radio it lets you know when there is favorite artist or song on any station.

East Coast Auto is a 5 star dealer in my opinion.We had looked at several used car dealers in the Va Bch area and frankly felt uncomfortable with some of those dealers. Our experience at ECA was very positive from the beginning to the end of our car purchase process. Their sales team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would certainly give them my first preference in looking for a used car and would recommend them to anyone interested.

Although the car has 3rd row seating and comes with some updates from the end of this current decade, the car itself seems like it will face many car servicing. From the Bluetooth not connecting properly, USB ports not charging, loud engine noise and car acceleration issues. Very disappointing.
