Great Service Dept, In-Out with No Hassle!

Brought my 2016 Ram in for a fuel gauge failure, as I pulled into the service bay James Chamlee quickly greeted me and listened to my issue. He pulled codes from my truck and got me scheduled for drop off a few days later. Upon drop off, again James was quick to get me taken care of and called an Uber to get back to work. Called in the afternoon to check status and was informed that the repair required the tank to be dropped for the part to be replaced and the truck would be ready as early as possible the following day. Around 1pm the next day, James called me to let me know it was ready and sent an Uber to pick me up. The whole process was fast and painless, James offered other services at the time of drop off (oil change, ect) but once I informed that I do all that on my own he actually listened and didn't keep pushing like some past dealership experiences I've had. So from my experience, if your vehicle needs service go see James Chamlee at Lithia he will get you fixed up.
