I have several vehicles including a 911 Cab, new Volvo S90 and Infiniti Q60 but I look forward to driving my Ram 3500 the most. I bought it to tow a 38 foot boat a couple of times a year but have ended up using it for so much more, its 8' bed and huge interior provide a load of room for whatever you need to move from furniture to hay and straw for our horses. Also love how freakin huge it is. :-) takes up the whole lane

This truck meets all my needs for towing plowing family outings pleasure riding and all the leg room for my tall grandkids and siblings and plenty of storage

I’ve had my 2010 3500 Laramie since new. Although I did not get the dually. I have the standard single tire. I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen another one like it. It is 2023 and it currently has 218,000. I’ve never had any issues with it. I of course do the regular maintenance on it, religiously. It’s a xxxx good truck! Best truck I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately I would like to get something else, just because I’m wanting something new. However I told my wife I’ll wait until this one is on its last leg. Big mistake! I don’t see that happening anytime soon!

I love my truck has over 400k on the engine and still runs and pulls like new. If you get the chance to buy one do it. The cummins engine is so reliable!

Mine is a big black Ram 3500 2WD hemi engine, purchased new in 2003. Only two mechanical problems since I bouight it: (1) right front wheel bearing failure at only 20,000 miles and (2) partial wiring harness replacement around 115,000 miles. This truck is a real beast of burden. My long bed is rated at 4,900 lbs carrying capacity, but I have over-loaded it to at l3ast 6,000 lbs with no negative results, Pulling capacity also I have overloaded up to 25,000 lbs with no negative results. Under load like this, it rides even smoother and does not seem to notice the loads of granite monuments we hauled in it. The truck is as comfortable as an automobile--smooth, right-on steering, and great acceleration. At 160,000 miles, I like the truck so much that I am paying a body shop to renovate it with all new fenders, hood, and tailgate, total new paint job, new wheel covers to make it look like new since it still drives like new. $15,000 may seem excessive to some, but when you figure that this same truck new today is around $85,000, it makes sense to me, especially since I prefer older technology over the new digitalized electronics on new vehicles. We change oil every 3,000 miles and change all the filters every time. The engine still runs like new. One problem with this model is the dashboard. The thick plastic used for the dashboard began cracking at around three years, and continued until the upper portion of the dashboard was totally in pieces. Dodge refused to stand by this obvious defect, and wanted over $2,000 to make it right. However, for a few hundred dollars, my body shop has found a hard plastic (hopefully good plastic) cover that is supposed to look like new. Toyota always stands by any such defects, so U.S. companies have lots to learn about satisfying customers in taking care of their own obvious mistakes. The other problem is that the clearcoat over the black paint job has oxidized and turned white as seems to happen with lots of older U.S. cars--why I have no idea. Dodge and just about all the U.S. car companies need to find out how Toyota paints cars so the paint job lasts for the lifetime of the card. Drive through any large shopping center parking lot and notice which cars are showing faded paint, and you will see what I mean. So, final verdict--great vehicle backed up by cheap and uncaring customer service. I would not go near a Dodge dealership after buying one of the best trucks on the market!

My husband and I was in need of a new vehicle....So, we went to Ed Martin to "shop"/get info...when a sales rep by the name of Elijah approached us offering his help. By far THE best customer service we've ever received. He went beyond what he needed to, for us and we would not have bought that same day had it not been for his tremendous knowledge and help!! Honestly one of the most useful vehicles i’ve ever owned, very reliable especially for the Northeast Winter. You totally get all the bang for your buck here and it’s hard to find anything bad to say about this vehicle.

Will pull most anything you need it to, while getting 20-24 mpg. Simple and solid, 5.9 is a 500k motor. My one regret......waiting 15 years to buy one..

Do far this truck has plenty of power with is diesel engine. It's tuned and there last of the 5.9 Cummins without all that emissions bs. There cab is roomy and comfortable. The controls are right where they are supposed to be. The bed is shorter than I'm used to but plenty of room so far. It looks good and has plenty of power. Great truck.

This truck has power. It can pull quite a bit. It runs smooth and feels like it had been maintained perfectly since it was now. The interior and exterior are also very clean.

Found a great deal online and went to the dealership. They were not pushy, very helpful and followed through on what was needed to complete purchase. One concern was AC/Heating of truck and ke kept his "word" and fixed the needed item. I'll be checking to get my wife's next vehicle from Alex Auto...This should be how car buying is done!

We've owned the truck for about 6 years and have never had a problem with it. It's strong, reliable, and fun to drive. Not to mention comfortable. We've owned many Dodge's and have always loved them.

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. Used this pickup to tow our 5th wheel all over the United States. very solid an d dependable with great fuel economy. After 233,000 miles the motor was still strong with no issues. unfortunately the Dodge around it started falling apart. Little things here and there started failing. Because we fulltime RV we needed peace of mind that a bearing was not going to fail and leave us on the side of the road.... so we traded it in on a new 2018 3500.

This truck is a workhorse! We bought it to tow a travel trailer that was quite a load on our previous truck (Ford F-250). We knew the Dodge was had the highest towing capacity of any truck of similar size so decided it would be a good choice. It doesn't bog down at all with a load - still gets great mileage and even rides a little smoother with the trailer on!

I was looking at a vehicle all the way from Michigan around 3 hours away. I contacted Brian and he first made sure that the vehicle was on the property and that he laid eyes upon it. He also to a close look at the vehicle and sent me a video of the vehicle to make sure that I didn't drive 3 hours without knowing the condition of the vehicle. While I didn't end up buying the vehicle the costumer service was amazing and despite the possible drive I will definitely consider this dealer in the future.

Keeping in mind this is a 1 ton rated truck wich means it will be a little rougher ride due to heavy duty suspension. This truck has all the power I need sporting the 6cyl 6.7 Cummins, also the cab is very spacious as a crew cab.
