On February 09, 2023 picked my Cadillac CTS4 from Lockhart's body shop. Not only a fair price. The work was so good I couldn't tell that a new bumper was put on my car. The pearl paint blended nicely and looks perfect. The CTS4 sports model sits very low and I have a habit of hitting the front of the car. Looked bad when I took it in. The folks at Lockhart Cadillac did an excellent job. I was so excited just to see it looking new again. Staff in service and body shop very nice, professional and easy to work with. I know I will be back, on February 13, 2023 I will be taking in my Land Rover Range Rover Sport for service, I know I am in good hands at Lockhart. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed, I know I am very happy with all of you at Lockhart Cadillac at all locations !

For the past 37+ years I have driven Cadillacs purchased from Lockhart! ALL SERVICE WORK has been performed at Lockhart, as well. I have always been pleased and continue to return to Lockhart for a car purchase and all service work! However, the last BATTERY I purchased from Lockhart failed after approx 11,000 miles and left me stranded last Friday. I expected better than 11,000 miles from a Lockhart purchase! I'm disappointed in the quality and performance of this battery!

Even though the car wasn’t purchased from Lockhart Cadillac, the service provided when a repair was needed was beyond expectations. I was waited on promptly and my concern was resolved in a timely manner. Service writer was very professional.

Performance is amazing...instant acceleration to 60mph. The controls require a steep learning curve. Still trying to figure all the icons out. Could be much easier if they actually allowed several screens to access the same control where the definition easily fits in more than one place...so we don't have to search to find it. Charging time on 120 is unacceptable. 56 hours to charge up from 20%.

Quintin and Kenny were fantastic to work with! They were patient and kind to my husband and I as we test drove many models and asked numerous questions. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and they made the process a fantastic experience. We went to other dealerships to try other models (first time purchasing a SUV), but came back to this one due to their quality and variety of cars and approachable team! Quintin and Kenny picked right back up with assisting us when we returned and assisted us well into the evening. The finance representative was awesome too! Outstanding service from the 2 service tech I talk to. I just wish the person that said i need 1 or 2 filters would had me why it was i shop. Because I drove about 60 miles to get there. Same as the service light in dash should of been addressed.
