Experienced a flat out of nowhere and had an existing tire warranty in place. Honda of South Corpus Christi was able to work in an appointment first thing on Monday morning! Was able to schedule without speaking to anyone and had the tire claim processed for a replacement. I’ve had over 30 cars in my lifetime. Mostly BMW, Honda and Lexus. My first EV purchase was my 2016 Spark EV two years ago. It was ugly and felt cheaply made when I first saw it and sat in it. My first drive out of the dealership, I pushed hard on the accelerator and it literally burned rubber harder than my old BMW M3. I was sold on it , ugliness and cheaply made (now spelled economically built). Now, it’s 2022 and gas is $6.50 per gallon and I am thankful that I purchased this EV. Never had to replace anything except two tires and a window regulator. Now, these Spark EVs are selling for $4000 more than what I paid. So, if you need an around town car and don’t want to pay $6.50 gas, go and get one of these

I want to thank jerry bibb how he went out of way to help us and made sure that I knew everything about the car. This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Took my vehicle for needed service and from the start, David was great and let me know what was going g to be done, if needed shuttle and wasn?t there long.
