Tabitha, Danielle and the service department were amazing in trying to replace the factory wheels after my accident. They will continue to be the service department of choice on both our ford vehicles. Ford is the failure here on the timeliness of the replacement and the wheels still not an exact match.

The vehicle is good in all categories. Which makes it great overall value. There are only 2 things I do not like. The Black card that does not consistently work to unlock the driver side door. The light option under the rear tailgate to unlock trunk with your foot. Otherwise I would of rated this SUV a 5 star vehicle.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

This was by FAR my most pleasant vehicle using experience. .y salesman (Chris) was a consummate professional. He was extremely courteous, and patient when unexpected delays and hiccups came on my part. The entire staff at the dealership was welcoming and attentive. I rank them 5 stars, but if I could give them 10 I'd give them an 11. Thanks for everything.

I had a 2022 Huyndai Sonata that was serviced by Philpott Huyndai service center. I received excellent service and was greeted professionally. So I went back to Philpott Huyndai when I was slightly interested in a new vehicle. The salesperson, Robert Thornhill, was great to work with! Within 3-4 hours, I left with my new Huyndai Tucson.

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

Found a CPO Hyundai Santa Cruz and wanted to buy it out right and get rid of my sports car, as I'm moving out of state! Scott took care of everything and even held the car for me a few days until I could make it to the dealership ( 2 hrs away) to take care of everything! It was a great experience! Happy with the car, even though it's not as fast as my Hellcat! Ha! It will definitely be good to have the all wheel drive in Colorado!

The dealership was very easy to work with getting approval for my BMW. Pedro was our sales person he was very polite and worked fast to get our approval. Overall, very nice dealership. I would definitely recommend this deals hip.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
