We returned our leased 2022 Bolt EUV and leased a 2025 Equinox. My wife really wanted the new 2026 Bolt but it wasn’t available yet. I love the bigger feel and roominess of the Equinox, but admit its size makes parking more challenging. Quiet and smooth ride on standard 19” wheels and higher profile Michelins. Really nothing negative to say about the Equinix, other than a bit of a learning curve with some aspects of the tech stuff. Chevy has done an excellent job of providing both great cars with the best pricing. For the practical person it’s a no brained. Oh and the range is awesome at 350+/- miles!!!

During my search for a new Chevy (I had the GM card with $8000 off a new vehicle) I found that certain dealerships were friendlier and more helpful than others. I was pleased with the interaction of sales and service at Middletown Chevrolet (Key) especially after being cut down by another salesman at another Chevy Dealership - will NEVER go back there ever. Mike in Sales, Devin/Josh in service are definitely great reps of the company. Both the purchase of my 2025 2RS Trax and first service went very well. It was a quality experience of which I am very happy!

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Days after the purchase I was called to see how I was liking my new vehicle . I would suggest Scranton Chevy to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle and will be going back in the future.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.

22k miles in. Love this car. Electric. Check Comfortable. Check. Reliable. Check. Zippy, fast acceleration. Check. Best car I ever owned, and once you go electric, you don't look back. One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.

We bought a used Mustang from Gengras. Our salesperson was Jake Secondo. He said he was 21 but seemed older with his knowledge and help. i wish more salespersons were like he is. he had car smarts, respect, great listening skills and just an all around nice person! Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.
