Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

We have a 2015 Sprinter that we use as our family van, which has a wheelchair lift for our youngest son. The Sprinter has been a pleasure to own, but on occasion, w/ all the many miles we put on; there are repairs that eventually need done. The issue is we live 2 hours away from our closest dealer & 3 hours away from Medford Mercedes. We had a left rear speed sensor that went bad. So the problem was finding a dealer service department that was open on weekends, as my kids go to school during the week. So I called around the state & found that MB of Medford was the only Mercedes Sprinter dealer I found that would replace the problem sensor for me on Saturday! It was the easiest time I’ve ever had making an appointment at a Mercedes dealer. They had our van ready for our busy travel schedule just a couple hours later & it was even free, under some sort of extended warranty from Mercedes. This is my second experience with this dealership service department and I must say they have been a five star ⭐️ experience both times. I hope they always keep the weekend service department open.

Yesterday, December 11, 2024, my husband and I took our Mercedes into the Medford dealership for an annual service. We were greeted at the door by a friendly service employee. Our car was immediately taken in for service. Elijah kept us updated on its progress and discussed the recommendations without pressuring us. We waited in their newly remodeled waiting area. The seating was comfortable, and hot/cold drinks and snacks were provided. Our car was returned to us beautifully washed and vacuumed! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you.

We have such good service at Medford Mercedes, they stay on top of everything in your car! We go every 10,000 miles for full checkup, and they keep our cars running top notch! Shannon in service dept is our go to person, very sweet… always greets with a smile! She is definitely a plus for dealership, she is excellent at her job! We’ve bought several cars through Medford Mercedes, upgrading each time, our future cars will definitely be from them!!!!

Had a great experience with Lithia Toyota in Medford. Chad was very personable and extremely friendly. The whole process was seamless and they did their best to make a deal that we both were happy with. He was straight forward which I loved, no beating around the bush. Everyone at the office was great throughout process. Also, available by text for any questions I had after the fact. Felt completely comfortable and best experience at a car lot. Highly recommend!

It's a great car for running around town.Carges fast enough on 240V. Goes for about 75 miles on a charge. Has a lot oeatures for such a small car.
